This cute little coffee place/Cafe right in the middle of Breck is perfect place for a quick bite or hot coffee to keep warm.... Tried the breakfast burrito and it definitely ranks up there with some of the best we've ever had. Also had a coffee and Chaiwhich were decent but nothing to knock your socks off. Read more

The Local breakfast burrito was fantastic! Loved that they used sweet potatoes instead of white potatoes and also really enjoyed... the sriracha maple syrup. Coffee (latte) was good too. My husband also got a turkey bagel sandwich to take on our hike and itwas massive - he said it was delicious. Read more
We had a delicious lunch here at Semplice Cafe! We try to eat healthy, usually whole-foods that are plant-based and this was... the perfect to do so. We had the privilege of meeting James, one of the owners of Semplice and also a chef. He took the timeto sit and visit with us for a while and shared his philosophy of creating healthy and delicious food. After several friends suggested we stop here, we wandered over before a morning full of skiing. It has the quaintest atmosphere,... a little walk up window where you can order a tasty burrito and coffee. We opted for the Local Burrito and we were notdisappointed! The service is top-notch too. The owner took our order and was the nicest guy! Asked about our day, wished us agood time on our ski day. Just a genuinely good human. We don't visit Breck often, but when we do, we'll definitely stop in! Read more
