My fiance and I went here for dinner tonight. We just flew in from out of state and we're looking forward to having a good... dinner on our first night out here. Well, the dinner wasn't good. It was absolutely phenomenal. We started with the lamb chops,I had the elk t-bone, she had the buffalo tenderloin and we finished with the peach tart dessert. Everything came out beyond ourexpectations and was cooked perfectly. But what we really enjoyed was the atmosphere. Our server was extremely attentive andhelpful. I can't remember his name but he was slender and had a sleeve tattoo on left arm. We will definitely be coming back!Thank you so much for an amazing experience. Read more

Great concept; however not so great execution. I was drawn to the idea of creative cuisine and I was excited for a Colorado... prime ribeye that was one of the evening?s specials at $64. I am happy to pay a premium for a great steak, and I?ve had the goodfortune of dining at some truly exceptional restaurants that are equally proud of their product; however this was adisappointment. There was little, if any seasoning on the beef, and it was cooked on a dirty grill that imparted a flavorlesschar that was nowhere near the crust you?d expect on a good steak. Sadly, the chicken, ordered by others in our party had thesame overheated, burned flavor. Another at our table had the buffalo filet, which was decent, but lacking in subtlety. Theservice and atmosphere were great, so I ranked this as three stars, but otherwise would have given two stars. It may have beenan off night in the kitchen, which happens, but I was nonetheless disappointed, especially given the premium pricing. Read more

When my husband and I were trying to figure out where to host our wedding dinner for us and our 30 guests, Twist quickly went to... the top of our list and ultimately the venue we ended up going with. We loved the idea that we would be able to buy out theentire restaurant for the night and the cost would be similar to getting a private room or section of a larger restaurant. Itcreated such an intimate experience for us and our guests. Sarah, the owner of the restaurant, was easy to work with andwilling to help in any way she could to help make the night magical for us. We had cocktail hour at the downstairs bar, withthe option for guests to go outside to their cute patio. Following cocktail hour, we went upstairs for dinner. Sarah made surethe restaurant staff arranged the tables in the configuration we agreed upon in advance. Between the table arrangement, rentedlinens, and beautiful garland and candles from our wedding florist, the space looked gorgeous! The restaurant allowed us toselect up to five entree options in advance for our guests to select from (most restaurants only let you pick three, possiblyfour). We loved that it gave people so many options to choose from to accommodate all tastes and dietary restrictions. Thefood was amazing and tasted divine and all our wedding guests praised the meal! After dinner was over, we were able to godownstairs and do some post-dinner dancing, which was so much fun and capped off the night. They have a sound system/auxconnection that you can connect your phone to play music. We had the best wedding night and are so glad we chose Twist as ourdinner venue! Read more

The staff was very friendly, and the drinks were excellent. The soup and salad were excellent as well. The main dishes were... good, but could be better with different sides. As for the dessert, it could be much better. Read more

Went here for my husband's birthday dinner and it did not disappoint. From the cocktails to the dessert everything was fabulous.... There weren't many people here because it is off season for many places in town, but I would recommend reservations. There areseveral gluten-free options as well. I had the bibb lettuce wedge salad minus the croutons and the Buffalo steak filet. Thepotatoes were delicious! Read more
