service great server was kind polite attentive. atmosphere was nice ,calm, cheery, greeter attentive fast to seat us. food not... so great I requested my food well done and it wasn't. I ordered the bourbon street chicken and shrimp tasted like it wasmissing something , we put tons of pepper on it. and since we dont return food, we suffered through the meal. was notsatisfied with the food which made us feel we hadn't eaten. My husband and I had lunch here on Friday. We were seated and the waitress came over and took our drink order. It took 10... minutes for the drinks. We gave our order and waited patiently for our food. It took thirty minutes. The girl who took our orderwas also the bartender. She spent more time at the bar talking with three loud mouth woman. I asked another worker why foodwas taking so long and she said two cooks called off so the manager was cooking. Our food finally came and it was Luke warm. Itseems other workers were working hard and delivering food to guests not the woman we had. She did not get a bug tip. The busperson received the money for his hard work. Will not go back here. Very bad server service. Will not go back, but the food was excellent! The waitress was so bad that I will never return there... ever again. I discussed this matter with the manager/owner and the only thing he said they only had 4 servers, not my faultsomething I asked for when I first got there I never received and i asked 3 times. As I was discussing this with him my serverwas able to make a comment about that but wasn't able to accommodate my service. I will not ever return! Read more

There food is great at this location and I always get the car side to go and they are super quick. Love this particular... Applebee's. I wish I could remember the girls name that works car side through out the week, she is such a sweetheart! Makessure my order is correct everytime! Read more

I visit this location often. My service this time started out fine, but he young lady serving me seemed more focused on... socializing with the bar patrons. I asked for water and she acknowledged my request but never delivered. Part of herconversation was about how "her customer's loved her". I'm guessing they received better service than I did. Had a Curbside to go Order. Ordered a Chicken Cesar salad among other things. Got home,and it was a different salad entirely. ... Called and the manager said I have to bring it back. I don't normally complain about restaurants or give a review, but I had to this time. We have been coming to this Applebee's... for the past few years and hardly ever have any issues, except this time our waitress was horrible. She was slightly intoxicatedas we can smell the alcohol from where we were sitting and other waitresses kept coming to help us instead of her, which was nowhere to be found. She was very unattentive to our needs. We arrived there at around 5:45 and did not even order drinks until6, which then took this waitress another 4-5 minutes to actually GET the drinks to us. When it came around time to receivingour food, other waitresses brought them out and we kept hearing someone from the kitchen shouting that they needed a runner toget food out to people. I'm pretty sure these other ladies have already been helping this woman all day and were tired ofit. On top of that, she got our kids' food wrong but at that point we just said screw it, ate and left. Lastly, she purposelygave us the wrong bill. We typically get the same stuff every time we go, so we know how much it costs. She gave us a bill thatsomeone shorthanded her on, thinking that we wouldn't notice. The entire night every time we would ask her for something, shewould immediately walk away and spend several minutes to get it/disappear but as soon as she handed us this bill, she waited tosee if we would notice. When we did, she essentially said that she accidentally gave us the wrong bill, obviously knowing thatwas not the case. Overall, we are very disappointed in the experience. Call me a Karen or whatever you want to, but when I goout to a restaurant, I expect at least some *decent* service, and that was one of the worst experiences I've ever had going to arestaurant.
