Now that pizza hut uses DoorDash they don?t care at all. Everything in order was wrong, missing and cold. I tried to talk to the... manager of the store and he said once it leaves here it?s out of their hands. Only wanted to give me a refund of half my order,even though I had missing food ???? I used to love Pizza Hut but I will never ever order from them again. It is nothing but aheadache every time, so many times. 44.00 down the drain. Read more
We ordered 2 thin pizzas. They were both BURNT! They did not show the pizzas during pick up. When we opened them in the car to... make sure our order was correct, we discovered the burnt issue. Went back inside and they said they weren't and that's how theyalways are. We've eaten a lot of pizza from different Pizza Huts all over and thankfully they don't burn all their thin pizzas.Would NOT recommend this store unless you want nasty pizza and bad customer service. Order should have been 25 minutes. Hour and a half later I call the store and no answer. Wait for 30 minutes and finally get... through to Pizza Hut customer service just to find out there are no workers at the store. Unreal. Read more
Horrible.. gave me half pasta and none of my sauce. Only gave 3 stars because before they were actually decent-ish. Now they are... a joke.. I had to edit this because now that I'm actually eating the pizza it's dry as hell. And I asked for extra sauce on thepizza. 2 stars now Read more
The person who managed to find my order and give it to me was amazing. They need to fix their sign at the strip mall. I drove... past it twice before I decided to pull into the strip mall and walk around to see if there was a Pizza Hut in there. Read more
It only took about 30 minutes from my order to be delivered and it was still hot! The pizza was absolutely delicious with just... the right seasoning! And my order was accurate which doesn't always happen with online meals. Read more
Tried to do a carry out order. Nobody came to take my order in the 15 mins of waiting. 1 of the workers just took phone calls on... her phone and texting while complaining about delivering pizza. I would never come here again. Read more
This is the second time in a year I have tried to order pizza from your store. Tonight I talked to 2 people and was put on hold... both times. I waited over 10 minutes. No one came back. This is no way to run a business!!! Terrible service. I won?t callagain. Read more
