Rough store, ran out of basic ingredients like burrito wraps! Ran out of chips. They didn't care to share either issue and just... filled the order. When I asked where the chips were (glad I looked) they said "oh... oh yeah, we ran out". Later found out theydidn't make the burrito, just made a bowl instead. What was made correctly tasted fine. This location is awful and should be closed. Save yourself time and just drive to a further Chipotle. You?ll actually get your... food quicker and made correctly. I?ve made the mistake of ordering here more than once and something is always missing. Todaywas by far the worst. We had an online pick up order, and we had to wait in store for an hour after the estimated completiontime. The employees were just standing around, so understaffing is just not an excuse. After all that, I was still missing itemsand the food was burned! Definitely not worth the wait and I won?t be back. Read more
Really disappointed with my order today. I got two orders, one with carnitas. I watched the employee look into the empty bin and... still try to find scraps instead of replacing the bin like he should have. He found a few strings of meat in the bottom and usedthose. They were out of vinaigrette even though it was only 1pm. The lettuce was wilted and pink in the center, and the brownrice was undercooked and crunchy. Read more
This is a really great Chipotle! I always order ahead on the app and it's ready on time every time. Burritos are always really... good, they don't skimp or make half-filled burritos like some other locations do. Read more
I have been to this location several times, at different times of the day, experiencing varying levels of activity. I have... never been disappointed with either the quality of their food or the service I received. These workers WORK and I hope they areappreciated by their mangers and owners. Read more
I set the pickup time for 10:50 I was just grabbing lunch for me and my kids. I ordered two kids cheese quesadilla meals and a... veggie bowl and it took an extra 20 minutes for my order. They had one girl making the takeout orders and she was taking hersweet time. Nobody there was in a hurry. This was not the first time I've had this experience at this particular Chipotle. If itdoesn't take extra long for my order to be ready then there's always something missing from my orders. From now on I'd ratherdrive the extra 20 minutes And have my food ready on time. The only reason I'm giving them three stars is because it's alwaysclean and The staff has never been rude, they are just slow and in no rush. Read more
Anytime looking for that chipotle fix. The closer the better when it comes to one if it's Sheffield or Elyria you won't be... disappointed. Staff always greets as they should. Any more by going out and you want to make sure you get your money's worthchipotle is up there for healthier food that tastes great. Between the cost of gas and food make sure you know your going toget the best bang for your buck is the name of the game anymore. Read more
This is by far the worst Chipotle you could ever go to. They literally tried to serve us food that fell on the floor and then... argued when we ask them to remake it. Horrible staff. Horrible management and ownership. They continue to put out low qualitygarbage with poorly trained and rude employees. Highly recommend avoiding this store. Go to Bubbakoos up the street instead.They just opened and are way better in every area. The owner of this restaurant should be ashamed and embarrassed of their poorexcuse of a store. Read more
