Good was cold over cooked and got the appetizer a few mins before our cold and over cooked fiber came out. The waiter took... forever to get us plates and drinks. Then you never saw him again until we looked for management. Then when it came time to payhe was right by your side. Never will I take my family to breese Applebee's again! Read more
Our visit started off a bit rocky with an abundance of flies inside the establishment, but when the food and drinks arrived... things perked up. The service was friendly and prompt, and everything arrived hot and cooked properly. I had been hoping to tryone of the desserts, but after an appetizer and entrée there simply was no room left! The place does start filling up after 5,so an earlier arrival will help if you want to reduce your wait time. Read more
Hostess sat another table instead of us so we ended up waiting an hour for a table then finally got seated and took another 30... minutes before we seen a waitress. Ordered our food and it took 45 minutes before out waitress came back with our drinks to tellus the food would be coming out soon. Food was good, but service was terrible. Read more
HEAVILY understaffed (understandable in today's economy, but definitely the root problem).... we were put on a Wait List when we... arrived. Our Wait List position was lost and given away to someone else... we finally got seated after having to ask about whereour name in the Wait List had disappeared to... The table had been wiped, but the seats had not and were disgusting. Ourwaitress (albeit VERY new and trying) struggled with our order. It took FORTY FIVE MINUTES for us to get our food after havingwaited 25+ minutes in the Wait List, 10+ minutes to get greeted at our table, etc. We had arrived at 6:25 and didn't leave until8:45 ish. The food was good, but took FOREVER (we did get the All-You-Can-Eat Wings... and the timing between plates made usleave WELL before we were full because our poor toddler was TIRED and crabby...) not to mention we arrived back home over anhour past our toddler's bedtime. I gave you all another try after a year of not eating there. Well it seems that you all keep going down hill! The wait staff... couldn't be bothered to smile, the food is mediocre at best, cleanliness is severely lacking! Acrylic nails on your wait staffis for one disgusting and two not what I would want to ever find in my food! Read more
They like to decide what to do with peoples orders after already placed. Multiple times made an online order and they were out... of the food item. They either just wait until you?re there to re-run the card and take it off or just decide to substitute itwith another food item. They could easily just call the contact number and ask the customer what they want. Read more

our waiter was Alejandro. seen him 6 times for the entire evening.put our food in before our appetizer, even tho we specifically... said we wanted it the other way. had to ask other waiters for our drinks. the chicken Alfredo was trash. tried it again with themicrowave at home and threw is away. the people behind us also had issues with their order and food as well. 6 months ago Ithroughly liked this place. not impressed anymore Read more
