When it was our turn the young kid at the counter just stared at us awkwardly with absolutely no greeting. He acted like he... couldn't be bothered with us and kept looking at the other staff members instead of talking and listening to us. We ordered 2classic beef and cheddars which were awful. They didn't put the regular sauce on the sandwiches, the roast beef was bland andinstead of the usual onion bun it comes with we for dried nasty sesame seed buns that look like they came from burger king. I'mso disappointed in our meal here and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the hastle and stop at the next Arby's alongyour trip. Read more
Stopped for a quick lunch on our way south. Food was good and the service was reasonably quick.
Wonderful staff. Witnessed the shift lead help a couple that was deaf. She took over for one of the younger staff without the... couple even noticing and took care of them with such grace. Kudos to this specific establishment! Read more
The service was horrible. The sofa machine wasn't working correctly, and when I tried to inform the staff, he wasn't able to... understand what I was saying. The bins for the sauces were missing the Horsey sauce, but I couldn't get them to understandthat either. Read more
Tried the new Wagyu burger and Mac and cheese for lunch. I have to say that I was quite surprised as to how good they were. ... The burger had a great flavor and 'feel' in the mouth. There Mac and cheese was also flavorful and the texture was as it shouldbe. Overall I was very impressed with this new offering from Arby's and this location. Read more

I originally posted 3 stars, but actually meant to do more. Sorry about that. The owner replied and I realized how many stars... I'd given. Pretty awesome and good testimony to the care of the management that they replied so fast. I thought my wrap waspretty darn good and my husband enjoyed his sandwich. The chicken nuggets for the kids were very good too. Best of all was thecustomer service. We were really impressed by the gentleman at the counter who really went out of his way to make sure we hadwhatever we wanted warmed if it didn't come that way by design, was very personable, and was sure to offer whatever could makeour meal better. Good customer service. Got a beef n cheddar. Was made fresh and was tasty, but the bun was a bit stale.
