I've personally never been to Hardee's but my husband took me here the other night. We sat in the drive-thru for half an hour... before we got our food. We both got the chicken sandwich meal with cherry coke. My sandwich was without mayo and the chicken wasso hard it was like eating a cooked shoe. My husband got mayo on his sandwich and he said it was super slimy. The fries howeverwere hot, crispy, and delicious. I didn't mind the cherry coke but my husband claimed it tasted moldy like as if they hadn'tcleaned the lines in a while. The staff seemed friendly tho. When I went there it was super late and I hadn't eaten all day andthis being the only food I ate that day it was pretty disappointing to say the least Read more
I travel a lot with work. And honestly. The food was great. But it wasn't even that busy but the service was slow as hell. So I went to Hardee's today and all I wanted was a hamburger with only lettuce and tomato and a chocolate milkshake. So that's... exactly what I said I said, " Can I have a hamburger with only lettuce and tommorow?" She says sure and when I get my order ithas everything on my burger. I literally don't know how else I could've worded it. I tried to make it simple. As well withec6else I'm my family, they got their order somehow messed up. Listen I know fas food can't be an easy job but if you are nitsure about someone's order then simply just ask if you heard that all right. It's not embarrassing. It actually shoes you careabout your customers order and want them to get what they want. We will not be going to that Hardee's again. However, the foodwas delicious. Read more
Horrible. Staff just leaned on back counter when I asked a question. Then she just shrugged her shoulders. Nice way to treat... a customer if you don't want them to come back. IT WORKED. I will NOT come back. Chicken was overvooked Fries tasty. But TOOsalty. Read more
Very stingy with the prime rib slices on the new primal sandwich, it only covered about 1/3 to 1/4 of the sandwich. We also... ordered a 3pc tenders, but they only gave us 2. I wouldn't have minded the missing tender if each tender wasn't the size of achicken nugget. They did eventually give us the extra tender, but we had to wait about 15min for it. Read more
This Hardees was very clean, with quick & accurate service. Very friendly employees & management. The Atmosphere was perfect &... the food was delicious. I would absolutely recommend this particular store location to everyone. Read more
