This is a normal McDonald's something I've noticed about this McDonald's however they are not very fast all I had gotten was a... We never even got to order food. We were the only people in line inside the store and the woman running the register couldn?t... even acknowledge us. We stood inside for 15 minutes before deciding to leave and go to another location. There were a few peoplein the drive through but not enough to warrant ignoring us. Usually we receive great service here. But this past week, with two trips through the drive-thru, the order was incomplete. With... the menu board down, couldn't order any specialty item. On top of that, my husband's order didn't make the receipt, when we askto have it corrected, they were not very happy or helpful. Once we were able to get his food ordered (cheeseburger and smallfry) and paid for, we were unable to receive it. The girl at the the pickup window couldn't find the order and since we did notreceive a receipt for his food, we ended up paying $2.89 for a small fry! Read more
Very poor service. I was there around 3:30 and I'll admit it was busy but to call out to customers to tell them if they are... using a card to go ahead and use the kiosk and pretty much ignore the rest of us that are paying cash for nearly 15 minutes isuncalled for. I would assume she was either a shift manager or supervisor, ( she had no name tag) she claimed to be only oneperson and if we knew of anyone that can work to apply. I just think of two things as I was standing there for 15 minutes wasone, poor scheduling for a busy Sunday. And two, 2 employees left because it was the end of their shift, they could have beenasked to stay at least till the end of the rush. Sorry, not sorry.
