As I ordered a small cockroach crawled from the cups as the lady handed me mine. I ordered a milkshake and they gave it to... someone else who then returned it. They sat it down and when I asked about the milkshake I ordered, they handed me the one thatwas returned and melted. I asked for another one and she said okay after about 10 minutes of taking people?s orders another ladyasked if I needed something and I told her a milkshake and she got told my milkshake was on the counter and would not makeanother. Update October 4th: No Jalapenos. We eat out regularly duringfootball season, and out of my last 5 orders, 4 have been wrong. I love Arby's, and I always order the same thing, 3 jalapeñoroast beef sliders.. they either give me 2 instead of 3, or they forget the jalapeños. When I call to tell them what's goingon, they never answer. This location is slacking big time. You could at least get this very simple order correct, or answer thephone. Read more
I will never go back to the Bremen Arby's again every time I have went their I have had a problem with my order today I go and... once again a problem I ordered 2 number beef and cheddar meals. 1 was a double and 1 a classic with no red ranch. Well they petred rance on the classic and no red ranch on the double. The fries were regular but neither were full and if you put bothtogether they didn't even make 1 regular that's crazy I paid almost 20 for my order and it wasn't even worth it. The worst partis that I had to finish cooking the meat because it was still red. If I wanted raw roast beef then I would have just went to thestore and got the stuff my self total wast of money and time. I called the store and no one would answer that's crazy. Read more
The chicken nuggets tasted like they sat in the hot pan for 6 hours. They are usually fresh and paying 9 dollars for a couple... nuggets, I expect them to be freshly cooked. Disappointing ???? Read more
I ordered a cheesy roast beef sandwich with curly fries, and it tasted horrible. The fries were cold when we got them. The meat... tasted like it wasn't cooked at all. While I was eating 2 more people came in with complaints about their food. I have hadArby's at different places that actually tested good, but this particular one was not good at all. Stopped in for late lunch with my adult son on our trip home to Birmingham from Atlanta. I was assisted by Dawn who graciously... helped me navigate my questions regarding the menu. The food was on target for what we expected & the surroundings were neatand clean. Another encounter with Dawn as she was cleaning, clearly distinguished this experience from just a 'stop off'along the way. Her caring manner made the visit memorable???? Read more
My wife and I stopped by on the way home to pick up something for supper. We decided to get the original gyro meals. The drive... through line moved quickly and the employee was friendly and got our order taken correctly. We paid and received our food in ashort time after ordering. The gyros were delicious, the fries hot and fresh, drinks good. I would highly recommend this place. Read more
ABSOLUTELY FULL OF ROACHES!!! DO NOT EAT HERE SERIOUSLY SERIOUSLY SERIOUSLY!!!! Their food is absolutely disgusting and unclean... I can not stress enough how gross this place is!! The managers know about the problem and have done NOTHING to fix it. Read more
