Placed order at 615 said order was ready for delivery at 716 at 745 I called to ask what was going on was told tracker was wrong... and my order was out for delivery at 815 I called again and after a 10 min wait was told it was about to leave I asked to canceland was told I couldn't then finally at 840 my order arrived cold nasty and old so old I was afraid to eat since it was chickenand pork and don't want food poisoning horrible in every way and it cost $30 to throw away in the end. Ordered online for curbside delivery got there and they didn?t make the 2 minute wait time. I waited 10 more minutes and ended... up going inside where my food was waiting and 2 employees were doing nothing. I asked to just hand me food and the rude employeesays ?I?m about to bring it out? Order was delivered after an hour and a half. I called to ask what was taking so long and figure out why the online tracker said... it was already delivered. the man only kept repeating it was out for delivery and didn't even apologize. The pizza was cold whenIt arrived of course. No one apologized and no compensation was offered. I won't be ordering here again. Read more
After a really long day, these guys are great and the delivery drivers were very polite it's nice when the pizza is hot, the... driver was prompt and you don't have to mess up your kitchen. Read more
Ordered pizza at 1245, 29min wait via online que, arrived at 230. Pizza cold and hard. Called and spoke to the mgr Miranda.... Rudest person ever. Told me it was my fault, then spoke to the guy who was far nicer & corrected the problem for 1 of thepizzas. Miranda has no business trying to manage anything. This is the worst Dominos around. Very poor quality and the amount of toppings are disgraceful! This is the first time they have... actually had my order ready when the app tracker stated it was. Unfortunately, the only Dominos close by. Yes, that?s right, 9pieces of chicken and 14 pieces of ham on a whole pie?.. not to mention, barely any cheese.
