Loved it! Staff was super friendly. Food came out hot and fresh. They were really busy but the wait was not long at all.

I spent over an hour in drive-through with only 4 cars in front of me. To finally get to the window To see people standing... around doing nothing. My milkshake wasn't even blended they threw the scoops of ice cream in poured some milk in and handed itto me. ***UPDATE 8-15-2022*** We stopped by yesterday and had good service and some great, hot food! The country fried steak and gravy... with mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans and biscuit hit the mark!!! The store was clean. Food had to be cooked, but wedidn't mind at all! We love hot, fresh food!! The all white plate pictures are from yesterday.*** It was chaotic. The girl atthe register must have been new and that's fine. She should have had someone with her because she was struggling bad with thecrowd that was in there. The manager on the floor needs to learn not to tell at the employees in front of customers! That isnot good leadership! Leadership is talking to them in a small group setting, one on one, or in a more controlled tone andguiding them in their roles in their jobs in the restaurant. We were sitting in the far corner away from the counter and she wastelling at her employees. Shame on her!! It also makes for a bad dining experience. I don't want to walk in to a restaurant,whether it's a nice sit down restaurant or a fast food restaurant and hear management yelling! Our order was fixed wrong 3times! THREE!!! My husband told the person that brought the tray to the counter the first time that it was wrong and they turnedaround and fixed it wrong two more times!! Jack's is definitely a very underrated fastfood chain. The fried chicken and chicken tenders are juicy and crispy. Me and my... wife have agreed that the homemade ranch is the best ranch out there and the BBQ sauce isn't too far off. We almost always splita milkshake too since they are hand scooped. Read more
Waited in the drive thu for 5 min with one other car in front. I was the told after 5 min that they needed a few more minutes to... take my order. Very unprofessional they could have taken the order the order if they even had to put it on paper. Will not bebake to give them my hard earned money just go to Popeyes next door and get good service in a very timely manner. Read more
Pro: The fried chicken meal was really good. My husband liked his hamburger. The food was fresh and hot. Con: The employees are... really rude, the trash cans were running over, no toilet paper in the restroom. If we go back, we'll use the drive through, lessdealing with rude employees. Read more
Service was a bit slow but it was the lunch rush so that could be understood but the big bacon burger was bland, meat bun and... tomato were tasteless but at least the bacon and crinkle cut fries were both very good. Not being from the south I had to tryone before leaving but I won't go out of my way again unless it's to try their fried chicken and mashed potatoes. If thathappens I'll reevaluate the 3 stars.
