Customer service is horrible! I asked if the espresso machine was up and working bc I wanted to order a frappe. The gentleman... took my order this his rude unprofessional manager didn?t say anything to me she just opened the register and threw me $2 andwalked off mumbling that?s for my frappe which cost way more than $2. She yelled at me it was for my drinks. Management here isvery unprofessional! Customers even looked at her knowing she was in the wrong. Maybe if she would have clearly explained thesituation I wouldn?t have gotten upset. Her unprofessional self thought it?s normal to throw money at the customer and mumblewalking off it?s a refund for your drinks. She needs to be retrained. Read more
We did not get all of the food we ordered. They have a touch screen computer inside to order your food and prepay using the... machine but the staff is not trained efficiently to multitask ( to take orders at the register, prepare food and get the orderscorrectly for the the customers that used the touch screens set up inside and take drive thru orders. McDonald's (well, this one anyway) seems to be losing touch. Although the service was fairly quick, it was not particularly... friendly. I think the reason that it was quick is that what we ordered had probably been made some time prior. The burger wasdry, the cheese unmelted, and the buns not fresh. For a quick bite to eat if you're in a hurry, it's passable. Disappointed. Read more
So, the bathrooms are in some disrepair, and the staff are under paid, but this review is exclusively about the handling of a... food allergy in our party: the staff were caring and attentive, and called a manager over to clearly understand what we needed.The manager made a suggested modification to accommodate our allergy and then personally made the food we needed. I cannot putinto words how much I appreciate this. She went above and beyond. First off my app wouldn't load. Gave up on that. Then I went to order at the counter, someone else apparently, had ordered... similar food so the employee Amanda insisted THAT was my food (I hadn't even ordered yet) She wanted to give me that food whichhad been sitting on the counter. I asked for fresh nuggets for the Happy Meal and she actually refused. Eventually the personwho had actually ordered the food came in looking for his order and had to wait. Although they are currently out of a few things, they still have burgers and fries and every beverage not a soda. My food was... done quickly, and despite what they don't currently have in stock, the service was friendly and prompt. They've had a bit of arough day with the meaner customers, so be kind when you can. Ain't their fault their supplies are late in coming. Read more
Poor Attitude and Lack of Caring or lack of Management, I really could not tell you. Went through drive through and ordered... Chicken Nuggets and Fries and Hot Mustard Sauce. Went straight home. Got in the house to find a bad Hot Mustard that was openedand mostly dried out in my Bag of Food and it smelled Sour. Threw it all away. Not one person can tell me that the employee whoput it in the bag did not know it was open before they put it in. This is the irresponsible kind of mess I am not taking anymore. Chicken Nuggets where Dry and the Fries were the Only thing that was good. This is not the first time food has been dry. Iknow food is only supposed to sit for a certain amount of time and then be tossed or stored away. Chicken products used to beonly 10 minutes tops. So I don't know what y'all are doing these days but it sucks. It's not just McDonalds it is other fastfood establishments as well. Read more
WARNING!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S!!!! This McDonald's IS A DISGRACE!!!! I have never had such terrible experiences... ANYWHERE!!! At 7 a.m. I placed and paid for an order for 2 Big Breakfast platters and 2 coffees from their mobile app. When Igot to the second window, after receiving my coffee, I was barked at saying they had no plates so they couldn't fill the order."What else do you want?" When I said nothing, they barked at me to return the coffees and take the refund up on the app. Thereis no way to get a refund on the app. I was charged for 2 breakfasts I never received and made to feel like somehow it was myfault.
