I?m happy to see that this location is back to their later closing times and the food quality is much improved. It would have... been a 5 start rating if not for the male employee in the background laughing and goofing off so loudly it was making itdifficult for the girl at the window to even hear our order but that?s no fault of her own. Overall, satisfied with ourorder. Update: My husband and I have been here several times over the last few months and the service and quality of the foodhave been great. There has been a gentleman at the window during our past few visits that really seems to take pride in his workand makes it a pleasant experience with his friendly demeanor. Beverly is also great! This place is a joke!!! They have been "drive thru only" since covid..well guess what covids over with..time to grow up and... understand not everyone wants to eat in their car!!! Some people can't get thru the drive thru with certain types of vehicles. Read more
This location (Bremen) is trash. ALL AROUND TRASH. Should be shut down completely. Employees are rude. Both times I've went in... the 3 years I've lived here I've gotten very poor customer service. 1st time I was ordering through drive threw and aftereverything thing I said the girl ask "ok is that it"? and left the headset on so all I could hear was her cussing/goofing offwith the other employees. So I stated that since it was conflicting with her conversation I would come in and order. As soon asI walked in (made eye contact) the front person ask the manager if she should go ahead and close lobby. Indicating that shewouldn't be taking my order. I let it be known I wasn't leaving until my order was taken. The manager took my order and told mehe was sorry about what happen in drive threw "she's new". ???? Her being new or having worked there 20 yrs doesn't excuse thefact that she was rude and disrespectful. 2nd visit, I done my order online and paid for it with credit card. My total was $22and some change. I got to the store and was told my total was $48 and some change. (I needed to pay the difference) when I askwhy tf was there a $ 25 difference and was told the online menu is GrubHub's menu, it's different than stores menu. I had mykids so I didn't want them to wait even longer for food, nor did I feel up to making a scene on something that I didn't know forsure was correct. Boy when I got my receipt.... My burrito/ taco box that showed online was $10.89, was rung up as $18. Icircled around to look at the menu board.... Low and behold SAME EXACT BOX SHOWED $10.89. My son's chalupa was $ 3.89 online andon the menu board was $5 on receipt. They refused to make it right sticking by the original excuse. Go to customer service tocoming and get my $25 back.... You can complain, hell call corporate, but you'll never get anywhere other than your complaintsubmitted. Read more
Listen to the one star reviews when considering eating here. They are consistently out of major menu items (breasts, chicken... fingers, biscuits, etc) and will not warn you ahead of time before you inevitably wait in line for at least 25 minutes. A simplefix would be to put up a sign letting those standing in line know what they do not have. I have never had even an average fastfood experience here. They are in need of some serious help from corporate & have been since 2018. Read more
Food was good. They were out of many of their drink actions when we went. Looked like they were just getting back in the swing... of things after a remodel. Great service. Clean restroom. Ac wasn't working well in half if the store that day but it was stilla pleasant experience. Read more
Waited in the drive thru for like 20+ min. We only ordered 3 soft tacos no lettuce, a crunch wrap supreme no lettuce and a 3 pc... chicken and biscuit only. When we got home the crunch wrap didn't really have anything in it and it was burnt. The 3 soft tacoswere almost hard shell. So I will not be going back for a long time. Oh the chicken was fine. Food was okay. Dining room closed. If you want more than two packs of sauce of any kind you had to pay extra. Will never stop... there again. Recommend anyone who likes sauce on their food to go elsewhere. Read more
