Ordered a meal via GrubHub and the delivery was perfect. What was wrong? Well for starters, I am deathly allergic to mayo and... asked it to be removed. They did not put onion, pickle or ketchup which is normally standard on a whopper (I used to work at. BKas a kid). I also ordered a Large fry and Large onion ring and only received an onion ring. The ticket attached to the bag wascorrect so I don't understand why it was not correct. It is simply a lack of attention to detail--one that could have killed meif I did not check the burger before I ate it. If this is how their service is, I will never eat here again. Read more

Third time in a month went there had problems. Card reader out couldnt buy food, last two times out of product i wanted, three... cars in line waited 15 min. Car never moved. Drove off along with other cars doing the same. All night time visits. Read more
This is the nearest fast food to our house. Over the past year, the place has plummeted downhill. The past six times I?ve gone,... the Diet Coke is either broken, or tastes awful. They can?t do refunds, so I just pay for something I never get. They NEVER havechicken on the menu, and almost always forget what we end up ordering. It?s a mess. Food was cold, bun was soggy, burger had a weird smell to it because the food probably had been sitting there, I'm not exactly... sure but the food was so bad I immediately wish I could have had the money I spent back.
