Long drive thru wait. they gave me someone else's order and the next day I went in for a replacement order or a refund. They... gave me NEITHER and said it was my fault for not calling them immediately that night. (I had a meeting and no spare time). Go tojoy teriyaki instead, they're cheaper and better service. Great food. Don't be fooled by the name, the owners and cooks are Filipino from Hawaii. The fried rice with huge and with a lot... of meat, the egg rolls were huge and had meat....and the Vietnamese sandwich was very authentic, better than one I had at aVietnamese place the other day. Read more
I really do love chungs teriyaki. Unfortunately, it?s almost as if their quality has gone down hill at this location. The first... couple of times were amazing..now every time I go the meat taste old, the fried rice has a fishy taste, and it?s just not asmagically delicious as it once was. You?re better off going to the Silverdale location. Read more
Frequently eat here as it is quick and yummy. I think of it like Asian fast food. My go to is the Bahn Mi, but I switch up the... meat each time. I also really enjoy the Hong Kong noodles. Read more
Love the food here but they made me angry today. They now charge an extra 10 cents for a bag. A bag which failed at the handle... and dumped the food all over the ground less than 1000 ft from the restraint. I called them and explained if they charge extrafor bags that they should not fail within minutes. They said they would let their manager know. This does not help my hungrybelly or my want to go back there!!!!!! Read more
2 Stars for friendly, excellent guest service! Unfortunately the only item I ordered, Fresh Rolls, were pretty awful, as was... the mostly soy dipping sauce (I tossed it)! Shrimp Spring Rolls were hard- ton of hard crunchy noodles, crunchy lettuce, hardwrapper, and tasteless! One of them was split open, wouldn't be if it was soft! So I'm visiting this beautiful state of Washington, and I notice there is a ton of coffee shops, and teriyaki restaurants! While... walking my dogs, the decadent smell of teriyaki permeated through the air and into my nose. It was at that moment, I knew I hadto try it. Asap. Went to Chung's at about 7 on a Sunday night and although they were packed and very busy, we were seatedquickly and the food came out fast, hot, and fresh. I ordered the chicken teriyaki which was so delicious, and the cabbage wasvery yummy as well. The 2 red dipping sauces at the table made the meal even more tasty. My SO got the chicken fried rice and itwas the best we both ever had. Both meals totaled under $20, and we had enough for lunch the next day. Needless to say, we willbe back a lot more!
