The only time I ever buy Dominos pizza is during the 50% off online order DEAL. I like the Extravaganza but not for $21, $10.5... is ok for their large. During the 50% online order deals, they are busier, less coordinated and they take much longer, if theget the order correct, which they did not. One half of my order was ready after a modest wait, then they figured out my orderwas only half complete, then a full prep and cook cycle for the other half. Of 3 pizzas, after all that 1 was missing 2toppings. Read more
Horrible experience. Came in to pick up Pizza after using app to say I was headed inside when notified that it was ready. I was... not even greeted. 2 other people waiting we could see our food was sitting ready. Another customer comes in and they great herto ask if they can help and give her food to her and still they kept ignoring me. I was about to ask for a refund and gosomewhere else when they finally asked me if I needed anything. I said yeah the food waiting on the order up bin. I am thinkingPizza Hut may be where I go next time. Plus this is the 2nd time there was never the $3 kickback for carry out they talk aboutin commercials. It is all a scam. Read more
UPDATED - Christmas Eve 2021. I almost didn't leave an updated review, but I felt it was necessary. I placed an order online for... three medium pizzas for Christmas Eve; obviously, I would pick them up at a specific time and then head to my destination. Twoout of three of my pizzas, I used my points for "free" medium pizza; I was able to get two free medium pizzas due to the fact ofhaving enough points saved up; the third one was a regular pizza that I was paying for. About thirty minutes before the time Iwas to pick them up, I decided to log in and view the tracker that Dominos offers their customers; well, to my surprise, myorder was canceled and for no reason. I called the Domino's store and inquired why my order was canceled and why no one hadcontacted me; the guy I spoke with, after looking into what had happened, had no explanation, was just apologetic. The good newswas that he could get my order ready quickly; I did explain to him that two out of three of those pizzas were points used forfree ones, he said it was no problem. We went to pick up the pizzas, and Dominos on the 303 had taken care of me and didn't evencharge me for the third pizza, and as usual, the pizza from the Dominos on the 303 was incredible! And the gentleman that I wasdealing with at the store was friendly and mannerly; unfortunately, I failed to get his name. Thank you, Dominos, for makingthis right! 3/2020 ~~NEW REVIEW~~ Dominos Pizza, when did they change and get SO MUCH BETTER? Can't say I miss cardboard crustor ketchup sauce. Spring of 2009, Dominos was shut down by the health department due to some disturbing behavior by someemployees in North Carolina. It was a great wake up call for Dominos, from that terrible incident, led to a decent inexpensivepizza.
