Drove a great distance to enjoy a Popeyes meal, waited in line and found a revamped menu that omitted several of the... traditional things I enjoyed, like jambalaya. Not impressed! I waited in drive thru for quite awhile, nobody in front or back of us. I originally went because of the ad for a... free chicken sandwich with a purchase, apparently it was chicken sand week ??????? They knew nothing about it. Every question Iasked, they were clueless. I got to the window and nobody in lobby, and every staff looked like they couldn't care less & likethey all just came from the back smokin some weed. They forgot the sauce I requested, food taste good, but looked as if it wasthrown together. They charged me for a combo, even though I ordered just a sandwich. Ordered delivery and received completely wrong items. Ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade and got a regular one & ordered a... classic chicken sandwich but got a spicy instead. I have health issues that prevent me from being able to comfortably eatanything spicy so this was pretty disappointing. It?s something small but I feel like they should pay more attention regardlessif the person is ordering in person or for delivery. Read more

I went with my 7 year old son around dinner time. There were very few people in there when we arrived and by the time we had... finished our food there was a line the length of the dinning room. The guy at the front was very sweet and helpful. My son isnotoriously known for being indecisive and with the help of the cashier he had picked out what he wanted and we were doneordering in under 5 mins. Food was ready in less than 10. I had a chicken sandwich combo and my son had like a 3 piece stripcombo. We both also got coleslaw, which was take it or leave it. Both agreed my sandwich was the best, and it was delicious,Ijust don't know if it was $10 delicious. Overall, the staff were very friendly, the store was clean and the food was great. Chicken was hard, NOT crisp. Coleslaw tasted sour, like it wasn't kept at proper temperature or was just old. Beans and rice... were good. $42 for fast food for 2 people is just out of control. At that price the food should taste way better. Or at leastkiss me afterwards. Read more
If you like fried chicken, this is the place to go. You have options of mild or spicy. Great selection of sides to choose from.... They do have shrimp and occasionally fish. Got something that wasn't cooked completely, but they gladly fixed my order. Read more
The chicken and food was good except the Cajun rice was sour. The young manager Samantha there was wonderful at replacing it and... they threw out that batch however the older manager Brittany said to sell it until it was sold-out. The Cajun rice that wassold to me was yesterday's rice. THREE PEOPLE HEARD HER SAY TO CONTINUE TO SELL IT UNTIL THEY RAN OUT. SAMANTHA DENIED SHE SAIDTHAT SAYING SHE SAID SOMETHING ELSE. Read more
