You guys, once again, should really get people working at this place, who actually work, the problem seems to be the children... you hire. Yesterday there were two little kids flirting with each other, messing around, leaving the other employee alone inthe front area while they played and God knows what else they did, Don't know how long they fooled around for, didn't stickaround for much longer, but that is a work area, where people are buying food, we don't wanna see little girls flirting withlittle boys and they definitely shouldn't be playing around while there's one person who is up front LOL tell you kids to belovey dovey off the clock. This isn't the first time I've gone in & there were children messing around. Usually I get attitude,but the gentlemen who actually served me, not the kids playing, was super respectful. Read more

The sandwich was good. The service was barely acceptable. I was in the drive thru lane and it appeared that inside customers... were more important. Even when the employee was able to help me it was like her attention was elsewhere. I haven't been to thisstore, or any Subway for nearly two years and it maybe two more years, if ever, before I return. Read more

Walk in to get dinner I noticed that there were 3 guys in there behind the counter and the 1st 2 guys had their mask on all the... way the 3rd guy did not he had it under his chin. Later to find out he was the manager poor excuses a manager you ask us to weara mask but they can choose to wear a mask or they choose to wear it under their chin is allowed????? I approached the managerasked him to put his mask up he put it up he said sorry my bad and I said it's not my bad it's responsibility on your part tokeep your mask up. you right front food being served to us I feel he was rude to me later as I'm ordering my food he proceededto walk back-and-forth with his mask down. He explain to me hes mask kept falling I said then get a different mask. He precededto argue with me. Covid-19 Restrictions guess doesn't apply to him??? I thought we were still in it??? Literally says on thedoor mask up so I think that should apply to all employees including the frequent manager. MASK UP! Read more

I would have to say 90% of the time, I am happy with this Subway, I order veggie sandwiches through Subway all of the time, and... although I'm not unhappy with this particular subway located on fairgrounds road in Bremerton, I'm a bit disappointed. A fewmonths ago, I discovered this particular Subway has a drive-thru, and I was ecstatic! I could not believe that all of theseyears have gone by with me driving the 303 and not knowing that, I know, it isn't like I discovered the eighth wonder of theworld, but It was bound to make my life a little easier sometimes, especially since I eat Subway three, sometimes four times aweek, at various locations. There are pros and cons about this Subway, and the most obvious pro is that you can drive throughand never have to get out of your car. The con part is, waiting in line, sometimes for quite a while, and you never get to seeyour sandwich made, your long gone before you realize they have given you the wrong bread, or put cheese on when you ask for nocheese, or the bread was tough, in fact so tough, you chew and chew and realize that it has taken you longer trying to eat thissandwich than it probably took them to make it, which is what happened yesterday. The sandwich looked delightful and had almosteverything I asked for, minus the Subway herb and garlic oil that I wanted, and the odd textured of the herb and cheese bread,that was a let down; none-the-less I ended up tossing all of my bread to our flying friends, the crows, and seagulls. Qualitycontrol is an important factor in any business, this will not stop me from eating at this Subway in the near future, but I amhoping that when the sandwiches are made people pay little bit more attention to the details, I understand accidents do happen,and I have also heard that sometimes only one person is taking and making the orders, which is not a smart idea especiallyduring lunch hour, but remember, it is impossible for people in the drive thru to scrutinize how the Read more

I needed 15 footlong sandwiches for an event that I had totally forgot to order 24hours prior to needing them! I went into the... Fairgrounds store 7 hours ahead of the event and pleased with the super sweet young lady behind the counter. She said no problemI'll have them ready for you! I went back to pick up the order, it was complete, with a bag of condiments, containers of freshveggies and cheese! She even helped me with small bill change we needed to get the event rolling! The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. Specifically, the assistant manager has always gone above and beyond to... make our experience top notch. I am not sure what his name is, but he always seems to be there when we go. He is knowledgeable,personable, and does absolutely anything he can to ensure customers have a great experience. He literally goes above and beyond.Oh, and the sandwiches are the best in the area that subway has to offer due to the staff. Skip the Walmart location and gohere!! Read more
