Ordered through DoorDash and received the wrong order. Ordered a footlong multigrain of the great garlic chicken and instead... received a footlong herb and cheese with chicken teriyaki. Didn?t even have the correct veggies. Allergic to jalapeños and I?mglad I saw they were on there before I ate it. DoorDash won?t do anything and the person argued with me on the phone saying itwasn?t wrong. Very upset. Read more

They need more staff. They have a lobby full of people and hardly greet you. They are more concerned with online orders than... actual guests. Customer service is no longer a thing. Hope they can improve this and find a way to not ignore actualguests.Theu are nice and fast once you are ordering. I think they just need more staff. Read more

If I could I would not give it ANY stars. I made an online order for pick up. I live in another town from where I ordered and... when I got home my order was wrong and smushed. I called the subway to see if I could be refunded the money and take it toanother establishment closer to home for them to have it as recorded loss and they argued with me saying they made the orderexactly as ordered when I clearly have the sandwiches. I explained to them what was wrong and the employee was saying I waswrong when asked to speak with supervisor was told NO! I will never go back. Terrible customer service. Read more
