DONT SPEND MONEY HERE !! I am changing my review. I order online and paid in full. Pulled up, it wasn?t ready waited 10 extra... mins Was told it would be ready. 10 mins passed and the food was not completed. Due to under staffing I understand the someissues. When I asked for a refund, staff told me he was not authorized. He said the manager would be in store in about 30mins. I left and called the manager never made it. The manager is never there. Called for 4 days straight with no answer. Lefta complaint with subway website. I received an email saying send my concerns, which I did. Almost 30 days later still norefund. It's getting very expensive and not worth the price. Food is still decent enough, but you are paying around $12 for a sandwich... now. You can get better and more at Safeway for $8.99. Read more
Haven?t had Subway in quite some time. No real reason other than making our sandwiches at home. This was a last minute lunch... option. Decided to ?order online?, (it?s through Postmates fyi- works just fine, just a heads up). I called the locationdirectly to customize one of the sandwiches. Mark? I believe had just gotten on shift. I want to give him kudos. He was veryattentive and considerate. It was refreshing and I really appreciated it. Hope the location manager sees this and passes on thejob well done to Mark. single worst time. just finished a long day of cooking actual food for hours on end to come enjoy a nice sandwich how I want it.... except when I clearly say extra veggies 3 times( I know he heard) there is veggies that fit in my one hand. unexeptable. I am afrequent customer here and I know there are good workers. this was through the drive in, but as soon as I heard his voice I knewthis sandwich wasn't going to come out right. he sounded distant, uncaring, quiet. I have never seen a person who works in customer facing environment move so slowly. But that's cool, at least the owners don't... seem to care. Our lovely sandwich artists had sagging pants and was bumping his rap tunes for all to enjoy. It took him (Iclocked him) 6 minutes to make 1 foot long sandwich. I'm not trying to get him in trouble, it's not his fault. It's the ownersof this particular franchises fault. I wouldn't recommend eating here unless you have a solid hour cut out for this. Will be mylast visit to this particular subway. It's even more bothersome that the owners had only one person working on a Saturday...Maybe they should go see a presentation on running a franchise, because obviously they are just trying to be cheap and scrape bywith the bare minimum. This is my favorite Subway by far. I agree that service can be a little slow but they put more on these subs than any other... Subway in the area. DJ is awesome as a manager. The only complaint is that Subways as a whole (as far as I know) took away thehoney oat bread which had been my favorite bread. Other than that a great place to get a good sub sandwich. Read more
I did not get what I ordered.. No ranch dressing, no classic coke.. I did not order chicken I ordered turkey.. It had cucumbers,... green peppers that I did NOT WANT.. Oh no parm cheese.. I spent $20 for a salad that was horrible.. Read more
