Placed an online order for the Kitsap Way location. Went through the drive up, gave my name for the order. I was told they... didn't have it. I pulled up to the window so the people behind me could order. I sat at the window and the guy ignored me. Imade the comment if he was going to talk to me and he just kept on taking orders and making drinks. I went into the lobby andafter about 10 minutes the drive up guy asked if I just wanted to place another order. I checked my bank account and had alreadybeen charged, so I told him no since it was almost $50. A few min later, someone else found my order. It still took awhile forit to be ready. Then I had to remind them there were drinks. This entire process took about 40 to 45 minutes. It wasn't just me,others in the lobby were also having to wait for parts of their orders and the restaurant wasn't as busy as it normally is. Ican also understand if the crew is new and learning, but watching it didn't seem to be the case. Also, this isn't the first timethere has been a problem, it seems like every time there is something, I have to go back because they forgot something, or it'snot correct. I have a love-hate relationship with this store. As a customer, I'm happy. As a delivery driver, this Taco Bell ALWAYS has the... longest wait times for orders, I waited close to 40 minutes tonight and they successfully passed off my customers. If you orderdelivery from this store, PLAN to wait. Order before you get hungry, which is anti-productive. On the plus side, the otherdrivers and I get to commiserate in the lobby, which doesn't help the workers if they hear us. They are working hard. The worst taco bell I have ever had the misfortune of eating food from. Always takes too long and order is never right. Fryers... are broken, I understand. Not sending the replacement item at all, unacceptable. Recipts for delivery don't contain the storenumber so you can submit the feedback in a survey. When called the employees gave out the incorrect store number, either throughmalice or negligence I can't tell. Read more

This is the third time in a row that there has been an issue ordering food from this location I just paid almost $20 for three... burritos apparently because they do not know how to either pack an order or give out the right ones. And when I explained thatmy order was all wrong they tried to tell me that it was my order and they had a line of people to get too.!!! Do come to this place. They obviously cannot make a burrito correctly. I ordered about 14 bean burritos that looks more like a... taquito than a burrito and I paid to have extra beans in it. You have ONE job! How hard can it be! Read more
