We've eaten at chili's literally dozens of time and the food was always consistent. Sometimes the staff was questionable,... whether rude, forgetful, or just too busy talking amongst themselves. But last night, the entire experience was something Iwouldn't wish in my worst enemy. No drinks until after food arrived. My food was cold, my.husbands burnt so bad people werelooking towards our table to see what the smell was. Tried to get the waitstaffs attention with no success. They were allhuddled together visiting. Once our drinks were served they were wrong, but it was obvious if we sent them back we would neverget them back. Just my husband and I but between apps, drinks and dinner nearly 75$ wasted. My suggestion. Don't go here onthe weekend....or at all. Read more

Very pleased with our lunch visit while driving through Brenham. The restaurant is clean and we were seated quickly. I had my... usual bottomless soup and salad. My daughter got the chicken quesadillas. Our food came out fast and our server was veryattentive and friendly. It was a good stop. Read more
Our server was fabulous and made the visit worth four stars! I wish I remembered for sure, but I think her name was Lauren; she... was genuinely friendly and very attentive. Oddly, there was no ice available so drinks were warm while the temperature was100+ so that was unfortunate. But our server let us know right away and offered her best suggestions. Other than that, thefood was good and prepared quickly. About mid-meal ice was delivered to the restaurant and Lauren offered to replace ourdrinks. Chili's is not generally my first choice, but it provides for a fast lunch where there's something for everyone whenyou have things to do and everyone wants something different. Read more
Chili's is ALWAYS top notch. My kids and I love the consistency of the dishes because I travel a lot for work. My kids and I... love the 3 for me menu. Being a single Mom with four kids, value and quality matters during this time of inflation. But theyhave added a Buffalo chicken sandwich!!! It is excellent. Try it u cannot go wrong. Read more
Second time we?re here at Chili?s ???? and nothing have been change, DIRTY, food was fine, waitress forgot one drink
When drying back to Austin from Houston we just wanted something familiar we could trust. Chili?s is one of our favorite... chains. I like to give this one five stars, but the seat was torn on our booth and the bathrooms were filthy. Other than thatthe food was delicious and the president margarita is a much better bargain and tastes better than the one I had at pappasito?sjust two nights before. Read more
Hands down this is the bomb to get that delicious Mushroom Swiss Burger. The appetizers I get time to time are very appetizing... and the waiters and waitresses I've had over the years are very friendly. 1 I had was so very nice to me. Read more
