Got an online order to pick up curbside. Got to the store and was told they didn?t have the cookies I ordered. They offered pies... and other bakery items, none of which I wanted. I asked about a refund, but was told to use the app for a refund since I orderedonline. I checked the app and read that I should contact the store I visited about a refund. So no one can refund me for the 13cookies I purchased? Waste of money and time. Not to mention that the staff any time I go to this location stands around andlets one person run the show while they give customers attitude. Read more
When the machine not cleaning itself or down, I always order same thing fr all McDonald's in my area, caramel Mocha latte. Half... the time it's not made correctly, no Mocha at the bottom. Some stores employee brings it out, they'll take it back and fix it,others have dumbfounded look on their face, place is busy so I just leave,.... mad. Read more
Extremely slow. No one goes inside. 2 lanes wrapped around the building. Minimum time I e waited in line was 25 minutes. That's... Not Fast Food. Average food quality and good prices. Read more
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Due to I just got yelled at by the manager. All for they made a mistake on my order. I... told them I would wait to have it fixed. Then the manager come and told me I had to get back in line at the drive through. Witchis crazy the line is all the way out to 290 I have already waited In line almost 20 minutes at this point so I said Ill justwait. She then went on to cursing at me and telling me to leave. After that I said its just a quick fix. She then told me toleave and threatened to call the cops if I did not leave. They also did not fix my order or even offer to give me a refund. I'm sorry to have to post this. We have visited this location many times over the past couple of years (mostly through the drive... thru) without any problems. Today we ordered inside, and I usually check our order before leaving. Unfortunately, the cashiermessed up our order, and when I tried to have the order corrected, the cashier lied to me and her coworker (I presume it was themanager) insisting I ordered the wrong thing. Finally, my order was corrected begrudgingly. My hope is that customer servicewill become more of a priority. Read more

I alwayz come to this location..whether it?s for breakfast, lunch, in btw and/or dinner..i usually never have any issues. But if... I do..it?s alwayz at the dinner time. Dinner time there?s usually new employees each & everytime I go. Today, I ordered a smallvanilla milkshake w/no whip cream. The glass wasn?t even full. Food service in general is down right now thanks to covid and everyone not wanting to work but mcdonalds takes the cake when I... order 2 double cheeseburgers and 6 six chicken nuggets and all I get is the chicken nuggets. then when i say I didnt get my 2cheeseburgers they look at me stupid and say can I see your receipt like im making it up. dont go to mcdonalds in brenham unlessyou enjoy maximum frustrations and dissapointment.
