The waitress was very good. My DIL's steak was amazing. The rest were average. I just thought it was terribly overpriced for... an average meal. Five or six years ago we went every weekend and it was much more reasonable and they were much freer withtheir coupons. Read more
Haven't been in awhile but still as good as always had the trio steak shrimp and lobster excellent great service.
Good service, decent food. We were able to easily make reservations online for dinner on Labor Day. We were also promptly seated... upon arrival. Service was attentive and courteous. I had the twin lobster tails and He the 18 Oz bone in rib eye, med rare. Hehad the upgraded Ceasar which he enjoyed and I had a side salad with blue cheese which was good. The brown bread was alsodelicious, as I had remembered. The lobster tails were small, now I see why they give you 2, slightly over cooked, but not bad.The steak was cooked perfectly and was delicious. I remember Black angus as being a little more upscale, but I haven't been indecades. The restaurant itself was pretty lackluster, not bad, just cookie cutter. The food was decent and the AC worked, so I'mnot complaining. We'd probably go again, but begrudgingly. Read more

I added two more stars because management did want to make it right and I'd really like to give them another chance. I'll keep... you posted. ......... I grew up going to Black Angus and no matter how many times I try to enjoy the one in Brentwood, there isalways a problem. Would you eat this lobster? They didn't charge me for it but it should've never been cooked like that orbrought to the table. Read more
They just were not on point this night. Steak was dry, salad was wilted, dessert shortage. Manager and host were attentive that... was good, manger made up for the dessert crisis by offering additional free item. Thank you! Read more
Black Angus - Mash potatoes were cold, one piece of broccoli for an entire entree? Service was slow and honestly food was not... that good, until the chocolate chip bazookie came out. That was good! Table or carpet smelled horrible, made the whole eatingexperience just nauseating. Top of table/counter ledges were full of dust like no one has cleaned in years. This restaurantneeds a management change and a cleaning crew! Do better for your customers. They are the ones paying. Read more
Stopped in for lunch while visiting Brentwood and the surrounding area. This restaurant is well known for it's steaks with... many locations throughout California. Very nice interior, especially the sports bar with @ least half dozen screens to watchyour favorite teams play. The menu itself had a wide selection of dishes plus lunch specials. We ordered and tried their"center cut sirloin (8oz) lunch special" with two sides included with your order. "I have eaten at many steak houses and oursteaks were by far, the toughest I have ever eaten!" I take no pleasure in writing negative reviews to inform others in ourdining experience. I had trouble cutting my steak and had to assist my wife in cutting hers! For a steakhouse, noted fortheir steaks, to say we were disappointed was an understatement. Our waitress passed this information to her manager whom I metand conveyed our disappointed. She said she would relay this information to the chef.
