This employee ignored me right in front of the window. There?s an echo under this thing and your voice is projected. He had... picked up the iPad to take orders but seen the lady in the drive thru started to take the persons order in front of me. I wastrying to ask if he could take mine so we can both be out of here soon since we?re obviously on our way to work. He completelyignored me. Yikes what a disaster. We walked up to the window and no one would even look at us to take our order. Waited for 15 minutes... without anyone even acknowledging our presence and then decided to leave. The music was absolutely blaring and clearly the drivethru was the priority.
