This employee ignored me right in front of the window. There?s an echo under this thing and your voice is projected. He had... picked up the iPad to take orders but seen the lady in the drive thru started to take the persons order in front of me. I wastrying to ask if he could take mine so we can both be out of here soon since we?re obviously on our way to work. He completelyignored me. All the drinks get 5 stars. Delicious beverages & cheerful employees. Thank you. But the music is so loud. Overly loud. We... did walk up & had to repeat our order & could not hear the employee we have our order to. Plus the music was vulgar. Is therea reason for that? Is this what they are known for? ???? OMG I finally made it to Dutch Bros and they totally made my day. The staff was super nice and helpful. It was my first time... here and I had no idea what they offered. I just wanted a coffee! Yikes what a disaster. We walked up to the window and no one would even look at us to take our order. Waited for 15 minutes... without anyone even acknowledging our presence and then decided to leave. The music was absolutely blaring and clearly the drivethru was the priority. It?s like we were bothering them by being there. Multiple people left the line when no one wouldacknowledge them. Someone could?ve said ?be right with you.? But nothing. Won?t be back! Read more
