If I could rate it zero I would. The staff are nice it?s just their frozen yogurt. I would definitely go somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible! We couldn't even eat it. The frozen yogurt tasted thinned out with next to no flavor at all. The store was... out of multiple flavors and toppings and the employees were more concerned with their cell phones and gosping then actuallycleaning up the serving area. I will never go back! Terrible experience at this location this week. The place was disorderly and every table inside and outside was filthy and... dripping with yogurt. The toppings bar was all messy and some favorite items like almonds were completely depleted. To makematters worse, there was only one gal at the counter and she charged us almost NINETEEN DOLLARS ($19) for two simple yogurtcups. I asked her why it was so much and she only offered that their prices "recently increased" (she wasn't very friendly aboutit either). As if increasing fuel prices aren't enough, now we're getting gouged for frozen yogurt??!! WTH?? Welcome to thenew California Dream, more like "California Nightmare". I'm always happy to support local business owners but not at my ownexpense and getting ripped off. In retrospect, we should have walked out without the yogurts or at the very least, had herweigh them again, I think she did something wrong at the register. Will never go back to this business. We remember waking into the store 2 weeks ago when the owner was working all by herself because her staff decided not to show up... without notice. Fast forward 2 weeks, we walk in with staff in there. We were looking at the flavors when one of the staffmembers walked out, noticed our toy pup in a bag and says ?I am allergic to dogs and you need to get out of here?. She didn?thave a mask on, didn?t ask us if we had a service animal or an emotional support animal. We tell her not to panic because he ishypoallergenic and he is in a bag with a mesh on top. I don?t think she could process what that meant so she calls the securityon us. That is unprofessional and uncalled for. We will never visit this menchies again and we?re gonna speak with the corporateoffice about this branch. We were in the store 2 weeks ago with the owner and she never had a problem with a tiny pup in a bagor a crate. He is not on the floor and is nowhere close to food. He doesn?t shed. We would have left him in the car if break insweren?t a misdemeanor in California. Poor business owners pay the price for such unprofessional staff at such a time. Updatefor the owner : I understand that many stores have restrictions around allowing pets indoors. What we?re upset about is theprotocol around how you treat people. None of this would have happened if your staff hadn?t asked us to leave without anyquestions. Sorry but I don?t think that?s the right way to treat any customer. Very poor customer service etiquette and overalllack of communication skill is all we understand from the incident. Read more

I walked into this establishment with my husband today April 2nd 2022. We were trying to get some afternoon refreshments. I had... my 4 lbs Yorkie in my bag and he was hard to notice. The young lady came out to make a big deal saying she was allergic. Yorkiesand poodles are type of dogs that people with allergies usually get unless deadly allergic. We put the cups down and left. As wewere walking towards our car, she had her coworker came to the door screaming across the parking lot ?I hope your dogdies?. Very unprofessional behavior and I would understand if I had a dog that was walking on the floor but this dog was in abag and very hard to notice since he doesn?t make any noise. It?s called a purse dog for a reason. She could have explainedherself in a very nice way, however, she decided to use mean and threatening language and I hope the public reads this reviewand takes into consideration this establishment?s level of professionalism. This is the worst place ever. I ordered a cake at 7:30 am. I got a phone call from grabhub saying that the store canceled my... order because they have NO cake. Why in the world would you call yourself Sweet Cake when you don?t have cake. That is idiotic. And she blame the pandemic. But your store is open to public and you are taking orders. What is that got to do with thepandemic? Maybe you should change your company name if you don?t have Cakes to sell. Read more

I love $5 Friday! They always have new flavors and the best toppings. These chocolate covered strawberries were huge!
