My sandwich was completely wrong start to finish. The supreme meat should NOT have the following ingredients: mustard, black... olive and bacon. This store is horrible. I subway to be just ok, but come on. At least learn what goes on your own product. Read more
This location quality and procedure are quite different from other locations and has no customer service at all. The employees... talk to each other, not the customer, they count the super thin slices of meat (the meat was not on parchment paper) they do notask if you wish lettuce, tomatoe etc., they stare at you, wrap the sandwich and ring you up at while selecting chips , they askabout soda without mentioning condiments. Rushed us through the to pay. I asked for condiments they said they would bring it tome because they had to fill little cups with mustard and/or vinegar and I waited they never prepared them. Subway has changeddrastically -or- the Streets of Brentwood location is the worst. I have one star for a good location. Read more
Terrible, just terrible place. The lady makes the sandwiches smaller than at any other Subway I've been to - for double the... price of other Subways. Even worse, I had diarrhea after eating their terrible food. Stay safe by staying away from this Subway.Believe the other negative reviews. Read more
Staff have always been friendly here but I feel it's a constant battle to get a sandwich with a reasonable amount of salad... filling. Had a very sad looking chicken and bacon, and BMT here today. The sign says 2 servings of veggies in a 6 inch. I'd besurprised if it were even one. Read more
The staff here is so nice and friendly. Furthermore, they have a rewards program that other subways don't have. After I buy five... sandwiches, I get the sixth on free. Anyway, super great place and I definitely recommend it. Read more
This place is the worst subway I went too. There is no customer service what so ever. I got a foot long spicy Italian sandwich... with the meal. She didn?t give me my cookie like how the meal comes with. Going by the reviews I would say take your money andspend it elsewhere. Read more
