The new manager Jimmy is amazing. Made me feel much more comfortable than the last manager who seemed to show disgust for having... to do their job. Crazy but he did so by greeting me with a smile, listening to my order, and treating me with share decency andlet me tell you for the previous manager and staff before him that was way too much to ask. Yum-O! So fresh and so tasty. I really like this place! They have a veggie kefta that is so delicious. I don't usually drink... fountain beverages but they have amazing offerings. Read more
Didn?t like how I felt when interacting with staff. You have to pay extra to put sauce on side- not asking for extra just on the... side. Staff seemed irritated when asking about items.. Please fix the customer experience before this spot wont have anycustomers- Read more
I will never visit this location again the people that work here are extremely rude. They literally ignored me for about 10... minutes while they talked laughed and joked around and no one was in the restaurant. Read more

Food is very good. Not restaurant quality but impressive for a fast-food lunch place. The service, however, is severely lacking.... No menu on display (you have to get it on your phone and even there it does not show prices except for extras) and the peopleworking there have trouble explaining or understanding even the most basic things. Even though I wanted to get more food anddrinks once we tried what we had ordered, I decided against the experience of going through the ordeal of ordering again andsimply ate what we already had. I understand it is hard to get people to work nowadays, but teach the ones who want to work somebasic English and CS skills. Read more
The food is actually ok, but the problem is as clearly stated in the other reviews. The staff sucks, rude, uninviting, non... welcoming. Uninformed and preoccupied. Simply poor SERVICE... Mgmt/Owners, you've just opened this location. Listen to yourreviews. You have a good product, but your product is overcasted by poor representation(Staff).
