I have been contemplating for weeks about this review. My service was 08/30/22 my family and I typically go out to eat every... Tuesday traditionally. My service was good from my waitress she was working hard by herself. She had plenty of tables with nohelp the other lady in the purple shirt pretended like she was helping but the young lady held it down by herself being shortstaffed. Also on this evening a argument broke out in the restaurant the man behind the counter answering the phone was veryrude a young couple came in and she asked where did he point for their table I think she asked could you show me he called hera fat B word. So rude and disrespectful he was rude and unprofessional all evening. That young couple was going to tear him up.Your employee told them to step outside I was appalled. My son started recording the argument I wish he would’ve caught itfrom the beginning of how he disrespected this young lady to her defending herself and her boyfriend stepping in to protect her.Then the white lady in the purple shirt pretended she didn’t know what happened when she heard the whole thing if you ask methey have some type of relationship going on outside of work. The couple left calmly, it just made me look at the staffdifferently. Where is the customer service? The professionalism? The courtesy? My family and I will not ever return to thisestablishment. I went to this location to order wings & a beer. I was told that the bar was closed and was seated at a table. I ordered the... daily special nothing complicated. I sat waiting for 45 minutes and still no food. I asked my waitress to check on my order andshe gave me a dirty look. After about another five minutes she came back to my table and told me it would be another 10-15minutes for my food. I could understand if the place was busy but it was less than half full. Horrible, horrible, horrible from start to finish. We get in to a restaurant with only three tables occupied out of maybe 30 or... more total and were told it would be a 30 minute wait. We’re told this as we see a manager sitting on a stool staring at us.Weird. We got our table and eventually ordered. We never saw the waitress who we ordered from again. No asking if we needed anextra drink, or anything. Not only that, she forgot the water one person at our table asked for. Then we got the food…man, Ihaven’t been to a Buffalo Wild Wings in like 5 years but the food was way below par. First off, I asked for traditional wings,but was given boneless. It was quickly replaced, but I was given the most anemic, depressing wings of all time. I’ve seriouslyhad more impressive wings from a 7-Eleven. The buffalo sauce tasted dirty and just wrong. This next issue was something Ishould have expected after ordering something called a “Bird Dawg” (see attached pic), but good god this thing was aculinary catastrophe. This 5-Star rating is ONLY because of the service given by Dani. She was amazing, working take out, Door Dash orders, answering... the phone, and seating walk-in customers. Food is good but the service is horrific. I arrived at the time when my food was supposed to be ready. I was told multiple times... that it would be “just another minute” but then the wait staff would completely disappear for 15 minutes only to come backand say “it’s almost done” yet again. I ended up having to wait 50 minutes for an order of wings and fries. The waitressoffered me a free drink for the extra wait time, but what is a free drink after waiting 50 minutes?! Waited nearly 45 -55 min for my boneless wings and fries. I was actually on my way out when Erica motioned that my order was... here. So I sat back.down. the food was, at best room temp. There were 2 waitstaff and a manager and no clue how.many cook(s) inthe kitchen. I saw her trying to get tonall the tables.as best she could. Quite pregnant too. I didn't penalize her for the coldfood. I guess in their day and age everyone wants High wages and doing little to no work to receive those.
