?10/17/20 Update? Wow, their customer service is incredible. After my original review, they reached out to me personally and... assured me that they were listening to feedback. They even implemented one of my suggestions ? having the option to put thesauce on top like traditional Detroit-style pizza. They even gave me a credit so I could try the pizza again on them and see howI liked it after the changes. I?m happy to report that my second experience was much better. I ordered the same pizza (Model P)for a direct comparison. The crust was way better this time ? thick and airy instead of thin and dense. I also got the sauce ontop like I wanted. It was much better overall. My wife got a pepperoni, pineapple, and crunchy garlic. She thought her doughwas a little on the underdone side. She had also hoped for more pineapple, but was glad that at least it was fresh pineappleunlike most pizza places which use canned. We tried the Nutella Gooey Butter cake again and once again we?re not overlyimpressed. I think it would be better if they didn?t bake it quite as long so it were more gooey. It wasn?t bad, but just tastedlike a cakey brownie. The last thing of note is that I wish they had included napkins and utensils. We took the pizza to thepark to eat and when I opened the bag, only the gooey butter cake was inside. It?s a pretty messy pizza to eat. But overall,the customer service can?t be beat and their pizza is better and more consistent than when they opened. ?Original Review? We ordered takeout from this place and it was excellent. Parking wasn't as sketchy as I thought it would be in this area of... Brentwood. I ordered the bring to my car option and they came out right away. The options on the menu were inventive andcreative and even had a funny name. We got two Detroit style pizzas and it was definitely made with the authentic brick cheese.The crusts weren't as well done as I've had with other Detroit style pizza, but it was still an excellent pizza overall.
