The employee that was working tonight, Tuesday, 1 March 2022, likes to, in not so many words, CALL CUSTOMERS LIARS!!! Yeah. When... I asked him where a straw was to my drink, he said one was provided. I told him, two (2) times, one wasn't provided, he, prettymuch, made me out to be a liar. Worst experience I have ever had. I visited Baskin Robbins tonight as I wanted some ice cream. I went into the store and there... was a line on the Dunkin side. I was ordering ice cream so I asked the store clerk behind the Baskin Robbins ice cream counterwhich line I had to stand behind. The ice cream store clerk ignored me 3 times when I asked her what line did I should stand by.She said to me ?why are you screaming?? and I was shocked by her response to me. SHE CONTINUED TO SAY? go stand on the line likeeverybody else.? I can go to any Baskin Robbins. I am visiting my family while I am here in NY. I am appalled at this woman?sbehavior. I will never go to this Baskin Robbins ever again. I was ignored and treated like trash. When I got the ice creamhome, the ice cream tasted like it was melted and frozen again. Disgusting!!!
