once again i come here, missing items, bad experience, and they can?t listen what the customer wants.
I cannot believe they have an old lady working alone during the Night Shift. It?s currently busy and she?s trying her hardest... but customers are getting annoyed by the delay. One of the worst Dunkins I've been too. Wanted the Avocado toast with cheese and big stink about. I understood if it was an... allergy problem and said she can put it on the side. Got my toast more like "brick" with burnt cheese and proceeded to charge memore for another slice when I kindly asked for more. i have never written a review anywhere before but this time i feel like i?d be doing other people wrong by saying nothing. This... place has the absolute worst service for online orders i have ever seen . I waited for my order for 2 hours (keep in mind thisis a few donuts and a 8 minute drive)I had 3 drivers throughout my order because the wait time was so long they kept canceling.JUST for my order to be canceled because they had removed one of the options i chose off of their online menu. I called thisplace 5 times over the 2 hours i waited, it just rang until it hung up. In the end i got HALF of my order for my small gettogether, 2 and a half hours after i ordered it. Read more

Can I just say you guys are awesome. For the 1st time ordering online I was not let down! I asked for more chocolate sprinkled... donuts in replacements of others in the dozen order.
