I ordered online it took me at least 30-40 mins to get there the order said it would be done in 15 mins. I get there and the... woman behind the counter tells me that it will be about 5-6 mins more and it was a curbside order I wait and lo and behold itstill wasn?t ready. At this point I asked for the order to be canceled and my money to be refunded because I paid ahead of timeonline. The manager comes up and tells me he has to call me back and refund my money later. He said he would call in an hour Ihave yet to get the call and I?m still out of my money 33 something dollars gone. Read more
Maybe not any one person's fault. But its almost like they never anticipate that they are going to get busy. Yet they always... seem to be. The wait times are absolutely ridicules. The employees all seem to be really nice and courteous. Especiallyconsidering how nasty people get when it comes to how long they are waiting. The restaurant just seems to get way more businessthen they can realistically produce. Again, no one specifically to blame. Its just the way it is. It looks like they only have 1oven. Ordered from this location on oct 14th about 5:30 pm,it is oct 17th still no pizza,I called them they said it will be there... soon, I'll keep waiting i hope the delivery guy is ok and find the way. Read more
I?ve never written a bad review before for anything in my entire life until now. Food took over an hour to get delivered. Never... got a notification when it would be delivered, only when it said it was on its way. Tried calling the store several times andwas on hold for a total of 20-30 minutes when trying to inquire. Would get sent to corporate rep and then they would keeptransferring me back to the store, and would never get an answer when transferred. Extremely dissatisfied with Pizza Hut. Bestpart was that the food was ice cold when we finally got it. Wings had little to no sauce on them. Requested a refund and wasjust giving credit towards another purchase. What a terrible company and experience. Please avoid this location and just PizzaHut as a whole. Read more
Customer service sucked the manager was cool and my food was over cooked and hard
I made an order and it never came. I had to wait over 2 hours to get the food. I asked for a refund and they made me bring back... the food. The manager gave me a paper that said refund but they never gave me the money. Its going to be over a week and theyhave not returned my money, this store stole my money and their service was horrible. If you want to get treated badly but fromhere otherwise DO NOT BUY HERE THEY STEAL MONEY!! Read more
