I littearly waited 30 minutes for my food because the dessert i ordered wasn't ready and instead of communicating to me that it... wasn't ready and that I could wait or I could substitute for something else, they just went ahead and told me nothing and mademe wait for it... while waiting their was absolutely no management their that was helping or doing any type of help to the newhire that was so very painfully obvious if not very slow person at the counter.... not only that but the floors and thingsneeded in the lobby are not stocked up or anything, I had to ask for a lid and straw, not even napkins are stocked up but Idon't care for napkins. The floors are dirty despite their being a person that was cleaning the lobby apparently, and themachine for drinks were you fill up Is not very good. The fruit punch comes out as water, one of the covers for the drinks istaken off, they need to fix that machine... the workers need to have better training, cause when I came to finally get my food Iwas brushed off for the waiting time, like it's no big deal to make someone wait 30 minutes for food at a fast food placeespecially since it wasnt busy and they don't even have a drive through smh.... it got me really angry on how this place isbeing run, like no type of care in the world on how it is or what it looks like and the workers their reflect that Samesentiment of not giving a care in the world... Worst spicy chicken sandwich I ever had from Popeyes. It was saturated with oil, oil was literally leaking from the patty. Fried... over and over over again because of the overcooked very dark almost black crust. Never again. Read more

Placed and online order for Wicked Shrimp. Turns out they were out of it. That's fine. It happens. But that fact was NEVER... communicated to me at all. While sitting waiting for my order, I overheard the person behind the counter telling anothercustomer the they were out of Wicked Shrimp. Annoyed, but late for work, I didn't say anything, and wanted to see how theyfilled my order. Once I received it, I saw they used the popcorn shrimp. And again, no one said ANYTHING to me about it. Iwould've made an issue out of it if I wasn't already late for work. On top of that, once I started eating my order, the ricefrom the rice and beans side was stale and hard.
