HORRIBLE customer service. I went in to pick up my online order, I showed the employee my phone and she AUTOMATICALLY gets an... attitude and starts yelling how she never got an order so she can?t make it for me. I calmly said it was ok and asked if I?d geta refund, since they had already charged my card. She continues to yell in Spanish and calls her manager. This is one of the most nastiest restaurants I have ever encountered in my life. I was ordering a sandwich and one of the... employees put meat on the sandwich and the meat looked black. Instead of just throwing it away after seeing it, she just triesto hide it from me. Then I see that the meat looks black and I tell her to take it off she tries to rip the black part of themeat off instead of throwing it away. she continues to rip it off and then puts it aside. My sister, who is ordering right nextto me goes to order the same sandwich, and the next employee tries to put the same disgusting meat back on her sandwich, towhich she immediately says no. I love Subway and its delicious sandwiches, however, at this place, they are very cheap when making the sandwiches. It seems... they are being charged for every item they place in the sandwiches. They count every single vegetable and even the dressing. Thepromotion of being generous doesn't apply here. I had a bad experience at this restaurant, I do love subway and I've never been so dissatisfied with a service from them. When I... went there, they had a new girl I could tell she was New because everything I asked for in my sandwich she needed to ask her coworker or manager if she were allowed to put that in there which was weird to me. I ordered a six inch tuna with no cheese. Ispecifically said no cheese she ended up putting American cheese on it automatically, so I said fine go ahead it's already inthere. Then she's gonna be stingy with the onions and had the nerve to tell me it's extra for one more tomatoes which wasn'tbecause she only put two tomatoes and a six inch sub comes with 3 tomatoes.
