Cashier friendly, but ordered a hot mocha and received a regular coffee. Told a team member about it, she told the manager,... which he came to find out what was wrong with order. When explaining to him he was very rude, didn't even look like he caredto listen to what I was telling him. I love McDonald's, but the restaurants I have visited lately in the Pittsburgh area no longer have someone at the counter to... take your order. They force you to use a touch screen monitor, yes during COVID, to enter your order. I have a medicalcondition that prevents me eating seeds. On three different occasions, I tried to order a hamburger on a seedless bun. Allthree occasions had multiple problems with my order. I hate to say it, but I'm done with McDonald's.
