Cashier friendly, but ordered a hot mocha and received a regular coffee. Told a team member about it, she told the manager,... which he came to find out what was wrong with order. When explaining to him he was very rude, didn't even look like he caredto listen to what I was telling him. I?ve never in my life felt inclined to leave a bad review. But seriously this place is bad even for McDonald?s standards like I... know what to expect. I love McDonald's, but the restaurants I have visited lately in the Pittsburgh area no longer have someone at the counter to... take your order. They force you to use a touch screen monitor, yes during COVID, to enter your order. I have a medicalcondition that prevents me eating seeds. On three different occasions, I tried to order a hamburger on a seedless bun. Allthree occasions had multiple problems with my order. I hate to say it, but I'm done with McDonald's. After adult happy meal. Have not been to McDonalds for 15 years. The new marketing got me to go back. Unfortunately not only... this location but several locations ran out. I know that I'm not going to go back and try again for an adult happy meal. I feelthat this marketing is only going to last a month so truly they should have been prepared and had enough for the demand. And itcould have been a bait and switch but I chose to walk away. Temporary closure for remodel. Their sign says that they'll reopen in late September 2022. On one hand, the roof is gone and the... place looks gutted. On the other hand, it looked like a 5+ person crew was busy making it happen. Will edit once they reopen. Read more
Did a mobile and pay, expecting to go inside and pick up my food when it was ready, not wait 30 minutes, without a greeting, to... assume the unmarked order was mine. Another 10 minutes to get the drink filled, because none of their machines for anything everwork at this location. I remember why I don't visit this location anymore and will definitely remember not to come back. Read more
Drive thru was wrapped around and not moving, so I went inside. No cashier at all, only a kiosk which I couldn't navigate, so I... went home and cooked my own food. Read more
