Food wasn't done, my daughter and I both got the same meal with biscuits and gravy and we only got 1 of them. Eggs way... undercooked, pink sausage, doughy biscuit and no one checked on us just brought our food and our check (which wasn't really abig deal) but I guess other guests weren't happy with the service because as I was coming in we overheard a server say that aman wanted to talk to the manager because he was never attended to and only got 2 cup of coffee and they never came back to gethim more or get a food order. They didn't seem understaffed, there were almost as many workers as patrons so I'm not sure whatthe issue was that morning. Read more

Cracker Barrel delivered as always! The food was great! We had pancakes with eggs and bacon. On another visit that same week I... had fork tender roast beef. Each time our waiter/waitress was great! However, we had to wait 25 minutes to be seated in themorning to an almost empty restaurant. The hostess said they simply don't have staff! Read more

The staff was noticeably very friendly and helpful. The food was great just like Cracker Barrel normally is but they didn't... bring us the cornbread biscuits and butter until our food was served. Slightly disappointing. Overall a pleasant experience. Read more

Just?.terrible. Waited 45 minutes and were told wait was 20. The host took another 10 minutes to come to his own booth to seat... us. Now we?re seated and they need to put another tables order in they say? and there?s no one here (50 percent full)? this is abad Cracker Barrel. Update: we stayed another 15 minutes at table without anyone getting a drink order and decided to leave. Alltold about an hour for nothing. Sitting across the street and sonic to do this update. Went on a Fri evening, seated promptly, no wait. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Restaurant was clean and store had a lot of... really cute items. Service was great, dinner order was good, correct and didn't take too long. Waitress McKenna was awesome! Read more

stopped by to pick up an order I had placed over the phone. the cashier was very friendly and my food was ready for pickup by... the time of my arrival. i got the catfish, dumplings, green beans, and hash brown casserole? it was very very good. The effects of COVID-19 are going to be felt for many years to come. The food and service industries struggle daily as well as... many other businesses. However, do you sacrifice your long reputation of quality food and excellent service for largequantities of untrained or undertrained service employees? Hostesses, wait staff and cooks clearly have no regard for crackerbarrel's reputation. Rude hostesses, an unclear server and clearly an under trained cook serving burnt french toast. Read more

Such cute Christmas decor. I wanted to buy it all. Our food was great as always with a wonderful waitress.
