I eat here 3 to 4 times per week. The shrimp/vegetable fried rice is my go to and it might be the best that I have ever had. I... tried to wait a few weeks before I left a comment. Too expensive for the just OK quality of the food and service. In the Tonkotsu Ramen, the noodles look and taste like those... cheap from $1 package, the meat wasn't the tasty from this type of food. Still $18! Don't go there. Read more
It did take quite a while for us to get our rolls even though few of the tables were occupied at the time. However, they were... delicious. We'll definitely be back but will make sure we budget enough time to eat here. Service was friendly, especially thesushi chef! We wanted to try this place because of the 4+ stars rating, but it wasn?t worth 4 stars. We waited for a little while before our... waitress got in touch with us. We ordered the fried squid, it was fine, just little greasy. We ordered the chicken bento andpork Katsu bento box. That teriyaki chicken was okay, but the pork tasted weird, might be the sauce problem, I had Pork Katsu indifferent places before, the sauce wasn?t like that. The bento box comes with either pork sticker or sushi, we wanted sushi butwe forgot to tell the waitress, but she was gone almost the whole time until she gave us our food, and they gave us the porksticker, that?s fine. That salad came with the bento was not cold at all, it was warm. The waitress attitude wasn?t great. Thefloor was sticky. The sushi was too pricey, I could order more at sushi train with less pricey. After getting done with my a job site. I asked google for sushi near me. She named a few and decided to grab sushi at Fuji. As I... entered the establishment the sushi chef greeted me with a warm smile an hour before lunch. Suddenly I ordered three rolls:Tuna, crunchy shrimp and double dragon. I watched the way he made each roll with a smile on his face. After finishing them witha smile of enjoyment he said, "Try a piece of the Dragon roll while it's hot". After seeing him dazzled some eel sauce andsirachi sauce I decided to risk it. The sweet eel sauce, spicy sirachi and the hot temperature just was a great combination ofgreat taste. In the end I'll be heading back after my job sites to try different sushi rolls. I enjoyed all three rolls eachwith their own unique flavor and taste.
