This location makes amazing sandwiches but management is unprofessional. Was very rude, using profanity, did not address me, and... was obviously upset at other workers I guess who did not show up to work. It?s not customers fault that they did not show up. Iunderstand not having enough workers but to use profanity and say negative remarks about workers clearly let?s me know theyaren?t treated fairly because if they were they would be there. Plus to say scrap all orders in front of a customer who walkedin to pick theirs up which they made their order that morning and not address them? just walk pass and ignore but addressanother. That?s just rude. I had to ask another employee which then called the rude manager and he had to address me then. Fromnow on I guess I have to call to see if this location is in operation before I place an online order or go there. I made myorder that morning and shopped around until my time for pick up just to be treated that way. I also worked at a differentlocation and I can see that management is rude in more than one location. I had flash backs. I understand everywhere is shortstaffed but the least he could have done was stay professional and explain the issue instead of walking past me hollering didcustomers see the sign which stated they were closed for the rest of the days at 2. If I made my order that morning and it gaveme that pick up time I have no clue of a query issue. I had also checked in with another worker at the to go register so it?snormal to expect food. Ugh. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? This is the second time they didn't put chicken on my Savannah Salad. Then when i addresses it, they gave... me the salad, I received 3 little nugget size pieces. I've ordered this salad for as long as I can remember them having it andNEVER EVER experienced anything like this before. If you're gonna skimp on the chicken then the price should also change. This will be ignored by management I'm sure but they've to do better at this location. Used to go her frequently; I'm done. ... Ordered sandwiches, missing parts. Walked in today and order two turkey jalapeno crunch sandwiches. Spoke clearly to the womantaking the order; waited 15-20 minutes; brought out the wrong sandwiches. Oh can we make you the correct sandwiches? No, Idon't have another 20 minutes to wait around to see if you get it right this time; I gotta work too. More reliable just toorder online at times; robots/automation better than humans? Maybe. Up charge for brown avocado? Major disappointment, first time here and last! I was excited to try this place. Rest of salad was... good but nothing spectacular like Chopt across the street...they're stellar! Knew as I dug, the bottom greens would be pasttheir due date too. Their service is much better than here...if someone is on their cell phone, you shouldn't hold up the checkout line, you should ask the cell phone user to step aside vs staring at them waiting to figure out their inability to orderfrom the right place. Nice place! We went there in the late afternoon. I ordered the Club sandwich with mac&cheese side. (I know but I had to try... it.)Hubby ordered a Reuben with chips. We each added a pickle spear to our meal and a drink. My sandwich was very good. Honeymustard instead of mayo was pleasant and tasty. Although, for the price which isn't really so bad now days I thought there couldhave been more meat on it. (Even though I only ate half of it, carried out the other half and ate it later.) We spent$25.64. The mac & cheese was nothing to write home about but good enough. And wow! Whatever pickles they are serving aredelicious! Hubby enjoyed his reuben and chips. No complaints from him. I am not from this area and was looking for a place for dinner that wasn't fast food. I stumbled upon McAlister's Deli and I am... SO HAPPY I DID! I've only had the pleasure of ordering a chipotle chicken & bacon spud, cheddar broccoli soup and an iced tea.Everything was delicious. I wish I was staying longer in this area so I could sample more of their menu items. If I'm ever backin this area I will be eating here. I thought the prices were reasonable until I got my food. Best deli chain on the planet. Make sure you have the tea, it's a staple. Pretty much any sandwich is good. Haven't found one I... didn't like yet. I'm especially fond of the Jalapeño Turkey Crunch (pic). Read more
