Sunday brunch was my first time at the establishment and I must admit it was an amazing time. The atmosphere was calm, warm and... welcoming but the food and service was OUTSTANDING! My friends and I enjoyed great drinks from an extensive list of top shelfspirits and carefully curated cocktails. With all the great things experienced, the buffet was the real star of the show! Went for the first time ever last night and had a great experience. Tracy was our server. We sat outside which was great for... the night. Tracy was very friendly and accommodating to our party. The bourbon list was very reasonable if you are a fan ofwhiskey and bourbon. We will be back! Read more
Have not been to this brunch in years.The food is excellent,chocolate fountain never disappoints! I remember it being a little... more opulent it definitely needs to have a refresh.I love a lot about the mansion but the carpet is threadbare.I would love tosee such a historic place kept in better condition. Excellent spot for a nice dinner for business or leisure. The food was really good, the service was a little understaffed but... our waitress was very friendly. Portions on the dinner plates were enough for one person or even two to be shared with ifappetizers are ordered. Interesting background of the history behind the restaurant and building. Just a little ways off the beaten path, Mere Bulles is one of our Brentwood favorites. Especially for dinner. Highly recommend... booking in advance on OpenTable. Great place for special occasions, dates, etc. There is plenty of outdoor and indoor seating.The interior is classy but a bit worn, but that's part of the charm. The cocktails are so good. Love their take on the OldFashioned. Their wine menu is extensive with half priced bottles. The food is absolutely top tier. From start to finish I loved it. We sat at the bar. I loved my cosmo. I loved our appetizers of shrimp cocktail and crab cakes... (some of the better I’ve had). I asked for the best cab for my wine with dinner and I have no idea what it was but I loved it,especially paired with the short rib I ordered. I think the best restaurant short rib I’ve ever had. My husband enjoyed hissteak and mashed potatoes and charred carrots. We both loved our after dinner espresso martinis. Great and friendly service. Iwould happily return. Read more
