The restaurant was nice and the staff was very eager to please, other than that the food was ok. We started with the $15 made to... order guacamole which was lacking in flavor, needed salt, lemon, and cilantro. The beef tacos were made of ground beef, justlike the fast food place with the taco and the bell, for the price you would expect some sort of steak; the carnitas tacoshowever were great, the only dish I enjoyed. The food portions were a good size, definitely filling. The drinks are spectacular,they really know how to make a margarita. Overall, it’s not worth the money. Maybe when they overhaul the menu with moreauthentic dishes with more flavor I will go back. Read more
Plenty of seating - both indoors and outside. Menu is not extensive, however plenty of unique options. Overall, the food is fine... - not over the top incredible though. They do have very good chips and salsa - more of the thinner, Tex-Mex style chips. Serversare attentive and do a good job. Read more
We had a great experience. The food is fresh, the drinks are amazing and the chips and salsa are delicious. We plan to make this... a spot we visit every time we are in town. We ate at Uncle Julio's for dinner last night and it was great. I would have given five stars except I prefer a printed menu and... not having to download a menu to my phone. Other than that little deal, our waiter Jairo (sp?) was over and above great. We ateSteak and chicken fajitas for two. They were totally different than I have ever eaten. None the less the quality of the meatwas superb, the flavor was outstanding, the sides were perfect, the tortillas were great. My Wife described her Margarita as thebest ever. Unexpectedly good quality of food. I used to live in Atlanta, and going to Uncle Julios was always been our last choice. But we... have it a try here and I ordered big old salad with added steak. Those beef were tender!! The side dips were yummy too. Mygirlfriends ordered bunch of mixed drinks and they enjoyed them. I know the price here is much higher than other Mexicanrestaurants, I think the property in Brentwood is expensive for restaurants owners. Anyway, The only hiccup was our waiters/food runners. They didn’t seem to have our numbers down. But food came out fast even though it was a busy night. Parking canbe a challenge just need some patience here. Read more
