My first experience was very good. Nice original crust and tomato base. Good toppings, good service and competitively priced.

Pizza was cold. Wings were gross. Forgot two of our items. Do not recommend

I ordered online, I picked up and they gave me one pizza I ordered and one I did not. As I?m not a mushroom fan I got a pizza... full of mushrooms instead of the Cheeseburger pizza I ordered. When I got there I pre paid and they tried to charge me againuntil I showed them the email showing I had paid. I think I?ll go to Villages next time. Read more

Abysmal online service. 3 employees, doing nothing at 6:45 PM, no other customers, and 20 minutes after the order (when it said... it was going to be ready online), they hadn?t even started making it. To add insult to injury, I asked for no pepperoni(provided option online), and the guy confirmed no pepperoni when I got there?and it still had pepperoni ???? ????. Twentybucks for two smalls. But dang if it wasn?t good pizza. Tangy sauce, adequate quantity of cheese, average amount of toppings,soft doughy crust (original option). Moved into the neighbourhood recently, thought I would try your pizza. I called(twice) 25 minutes before closing and the call... was cut both times. You didn't answer the phone, you just ended the call. So.... Goodbye forever ???? Read more

Update, on June 14/22 the owners have announced this business is permanently closed. *********************** Ordered within the... first couple months they were open and again in Feb/22. Great variety of ingredients but the pizza was just C grade,satisfactory but no competition to the others already established in town in my opinion. The crust & ingredients lackeddistinct flavour or texture. May have been that both times are pizza was under a heat lamp for 10 mins. before we could get it?Did not reheat well, was hard & flavourless. Both times we ordered, the phone went unanswered, & online deals were unavailablein store. In fairness, the clerk used call display to call back. But ordering was slow & cumbersome. The store needs more staffto run efficiently. Both times there was 1 in-store staff & 1 driver. Both times the one staff on-site was on lengthy callswith customers who had complaints. It didn't leave a favourable impression. Its evident they're trying, but for me the missedthe mark. I shared all of this with head office by email before posting, so they could provide the franchisee feedback. I hopethey succeed. My family have been very satisfied at the quality of product and the great customer service from Brentwood Sarpino's. Our... orders are at the busy times on the weekend. This must be difficult to balance front counter, cook and delivery driver with thestaffing issues that businesses are having to operate under. The owner cooked and delivered our pizza!
