Great food. Great service. First time there but not the last. The turkey on the Cobb Salad was incredibly moist.

Breakfast was great. This is a family run business and the service was great. I would have liked my home fries a little... crisper but my eggs were cooked to perfection, over medium. They are selling their pies, pricey at 25 dollars BUT 10 dollarsis donated to the Ukraine crisis. I will let you know how the pie and squares I purchased taste. They look yummy. First timers at Frannies today for brunch. We all enjoyed our meals. My 10 yr old could have done with a larger portion of... noodles on their kids meal but being a youth generally means being trapped between an adult and true child sized portion.Service was friendly, some gluten-free options (no burger buns though), coffee was average. Room for improvement could be interms of acoustic dampening panels to deal with the high ambient noise level and a little more warmth by the entrance. Read more

4.5 stars rounded up to 5. Had a pleasant brunch. Pretty cafe, friendly staff, and tasty food. Gluten free bread is a available... and was delicious. COVID restrictions are being adhered to. After reading a few nice reviews, decided to give it another try. A couple of years ago, we had been there for breakfast and... were not impressed. We went on a Sunday morning and it was pretty busy. We sat at the patio which was really nice except for thebees under the table!! I am allergic so I was a bit worried but nothing happened. The service was extremely slow but we were inno rush. There were 2 or 3 servers working but not sure how many tables inside they were also serving. We ordered the montecristo sandwich and an omelette. The sandwich was really good, and the omelette, the home fries need a lot of work. They lookand taste like chopped and boiled, no spices or taste at all. The coffee was pretty good but it would take a while before theserver would come to refill. The one thing we noticed at this restaurant, all other places we have recently been too (covidtimes) just give you the right amount of milk or mini dosis of honey or PB or jam in order to avoid so many people "touching"them . Frannies has everything on the table. I do not believe this gets cleaned or wiped for the next guests and I was not verycomfortable about it. The place looks lovely though, with all the flowers and the way they have set up the patio. I fell in lovewith the boots with planted flowers!! So unique!!
