Took advantage of newlyweds on their wedding day. Said they would make it right but hasn't. Avoid this crooked place!!!
This company overcharged a friend of mine $500 for an event held there, admitted their mistake and were supposed to refund. But... instead, they blocked this person from all their social media, is ignoring text messages and not returning phone calls. Not away to run a business ???????? Read more
Had a great time with my lady and her mini me. Had some lane issues and the price on a fountain drink felt pretty steep,... however places like this are fewer a farther between these day. A sense of nostalgia for me. Read more
Went for a child's birthday party. All the children had a great time bowling. Lots of fun
Had a blast, they had 2 birthday parties come in right after we got there (there was only 3 of us). Due to there only being 2... people there, and a b-day party being demanding our food order was forgotten. We used to come here every week and have a blast. Tonight, we came to play and had some mechanical issues. When we attempted to... address the issues we were treated abominably by the manager and another worker. Profanities have been directed toward us and wewere told by an employee that he couldn?t care less about our experience. The customer service was absolutely terrible and itmakes me not want to return. This is sad since we have had fun experiences in the past. Read more
Video games are cheap and there is a good selection. Three pool tables. Kind of shabby and could use better cleaning in bathroom... and main areas, but it's a bowling alley. We had a good time. Read more
Incredibly unprofessional and dishonest company. These owners quoted, booked and provided a private wedding reception, only to... defraud the young couple of $500 for a "venue fee" when guests did not consume enough alcohol to meet their expectations. Despite admitting their error in writing, they subsequently decided to go "the check is in the mail" route. More than a monthlater, shockingly no check was received. When given ample opportunity to make the couple whole, these owners blocked the brideand sent multiple threatening messages. If you do not want negative business reviews, perhaps avoid earning them in the future. Do better! Read more
