You can call ahead 30 minutes before arriving. They don't take reservations. This place was packed. We went up around this area... Saturday for the Aerosmith concert. I came here a year ago & I always wished I could have that pizza again. We lucked out andgot seated immediately. It is a bit loud in the main hall. They do have a specials menu. They also have gluten free options.Our waitress was accommodating and had a good sense of humor. "The Best Damn Pepperoni Pie" was damn good. The balance offlavors, the kick from the peperoni, the freshness from the oregano, and the softness of the ricotta made it a great pie. Thedough is made locally, as well. A very nice wood fire pizza. The pulled pork sandwich, "Like Melted Gold" was also really good!I liked the slaw on top. Added more spice, and the texture from the slaw was good too. The sauce was a nice touch as well. Thebuns weren't all drenched in sauce and they weren't soggy - soft yet firm. My friends enjoyed their meals & drink. One had "TheSweetest Mess", she really liked it. The other had a gluten free crust pizza, and she was impressed by it. The other had a hotdog, and he really liked how the hot dog bun was grilled. They can give you just a regular hot dog, too, if you want. They giveyou mustard and ketchup when asked. The fries were good as well. Our waitress was very nice - and had a sense of humor. Inoticed that the "Fear The Fungus" burger on the menu said "If our mushrooms make you hallucinate, please inform us immediatelyso we can overcharge you". I asked the waitress if she'd still overcharge me if I hallucinated from any of the other food. Shesaid no. :) Great experience. Read more
Was somewhat disappointed in the food. Burger was good but pretty pricey. Farro salad was bland and forgettable. Good service... and awesome outside seating right on the river. Decent choice if you live in the area, but not worth the one hour drive we took. Read more

Server was great! They have many vegan-friendly options. A little disappointed with the veggie patty itself, but I appreciate... them trying. Wished they added more of the toppings in the build-your-own pizza... and that the toppings were evenly spaced.Some slices were a bit barren. Visited October 2021 - This place was friggin awesome as a visit on our vacation. I can't say enough praise about the customer... service here. Easy to get a table outside too. My wife and I really enjoyed the general atmosphere, and the walking path alongthe river. The beer's were really good as well. My favorite was the Black Widow. Did end up grabbing some of the food as well.The vegetarian options were solid. Not 'here is your sad salad' either, but good fries and tofu. If we lived locally, this wouldeasily be a place we'd visit regularly. Read more
This ones a tough one to review. The location is great. Service was great and the French fries were incredible. However, no one... really liked their pizza. The truffle pizza was too sweet, the Morty was all ham. Way over board. The plain was uneventful.Their cider was excellent though. So I recommend eating appetizers outside. That’s lovely. Took a roadtrip from VA to Maine and this was our absolute favorite restaurant of the trip. The food was delicious. We got the... Brussels sprouts, buffalo cauliflower, and built our own pizza, and all three were top notch. The beer was tasty, too. Thelocation is one of the best aspects of the place, right on the river with a great view of Bangor—sit outside if you can whenthe weather is nice! The service was friendly and attentive.
