One of the worst fast food places to to. Always super slow service and they always get orders wrong, it never fails. They either... forget multiple items or they forget to add something to an item, it is just ludicrous. As I was waiting for my take out, a young worker who was running food out to cars came back inside with a returned meal that had... wrong items. He took the food out of the bag and put 2 large orders of fries BACK IN THE FRY BIN WITH THE FRESH FRIES. An olderfemale worker told him "you can't do that" but he just shrugged his shoulders and proceeded to mix the fries with the fresh onesand send them back out. Totally disgusting. Restaurant was filthy beyond belief and severely understaffed. It took 20 minutesto get 2 sandwiches that ended up thrown away as I couldn't stomach wondering if they were safe to eat. Place was dirty. All garbage cans were overflowing. Food wasn?t very good. Chicken nuggets tasted old. Same with the fries even... though they were busy. Ice tea had a really terrible taste. Read more
Almost every time I come here my order is screwed up. I order one of the simplest things every time, egg and cheese on a... biscuit. 3 ingredients, but apparently it's impossible to order something without meat on it. I have this issue at almost everyMcDonald's I've been to, but this place is the worst. Come on, 3 ingredients. How is that so hard. It's been at least 10 timesthis place has messed this up. Never had a problem or mixed up order. Foods always pretty good, French fries are always fresh and crispy. Always greeted with a... smile from all workers. All in all its a very nice McDonald's run by people who obviously care about your food. Don't have asingle complaint and would definitely recommend. Read more
The inside of this place is disgusting! Trash over flowing and falling onto floor, no clean tables, staff and management doesn't... seem to care. Lobby fountain drink machines need to be cleaned and fresh drinks. Just overall nasty and a bad experience. Saveyourself the trouble and don't walk inside ???? Edit to add: we just watched staff take a sandwich that was returned for beingmade wrong and pass it out the drive thru to another customer! How NASTY. A customers hands were all over that before hand.Somebody should be fired for that. And now we watched an employee change the trash and then didn't wash his hands and startedtaking orders and touching food. I will NEVER eat here again ???????????????????? Read more
Was made to wait for almost a half hour in a curbside spot for my order as I watched other cars pull up after me and then leave... before me. All I ordered was 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits and a coffee. most of that time they didn't even have any cars inthe drive through either. I guess now I know why. Will not be returning again, I'll stick to the ones in Bangor instead. Read more
