Stopped in for a late lunch around 2 pm on a Saturday. Walked in and were greeted by a nice hostess and seated right away. The... carpeted floor was need of a good vacuuming. Our waitress was very pleasant. I oedered the salad bar which looked like it wasset up a few hours before and never kept up. There were no plates available which I had to ask our waitress to get one. Theromaine lettuce was old, showing brown edges. There was very little left of certain choices such as peppers, broccoli and hardboiled egg. Husband ordered chicken parm which he said was ok but the sauce over the pasta wasn't very good. Overall, as one ofthe major restaurants in a high traffic location, the management should be able to do better for their patrons. Read more

The food was good but the service was bad. Our waitress brought our drinks to us then took our food order. I wanted another... drink but she never came back to the table. She went to the table across from us 3 times and never turned around to see if weneeded anything. She finally brings our food but she never ordered the shrimp to go with my steak. While I was trying to getthat issue resolved the table across interrupted me talking to the waitress. She turned to talk with them. I had enough. Itold them she was busy with me right now. I just canceled my shrimp. I ate my food and I left a lot smaller tip than I everleave. Then it came time to pay she forgot where she left her credit card reader. How can someone be so inept at her job? IF Igo back I will ask for a different server. There was no need for that kind of service as she only had 3 tables. Read more
Steak was delicious,potatoes ribs broccoli were good as well but the steak stood out the most. Nice place nice people. Was a... nice first time eating at Ruby Tuesday's and in Maine on top of that . Their salad bar was also very good. Read more
Excellent place kept nice and clean and probably well above their corporate standards for food prep as the meals were... exceptional. Glad to see they have gluten free bun options for their burgers. Read more
My friend and I havent had RT before. She ordered the Ultimate crispy chicken sandwich and fries which she enjoyed but wouldn't... get the queso sauce that comes on it. It was a little too spicy for her to enjoy. I ordered the Brisket Tacodilla, which wascooked well but I did not particularly enjoy. The sauce on it tasted a little "corn starchy." The table beside us asked thattheir loaded potato be aittle more loaded and the staff took care of it immediately. I have no complaints about the service.Our waitress was very attentive and great. One thing that did bother us was the seating, we were just about to be sat at a tableinstead of a booth, the section where the tables were, clearly had too many tables and chairs. They were so close together thatif the restaurant were even at half capacity it would be nearly impossible to seat a table of 4 between two other tables of 4,without everyone being completely claustrophobic and uncomfortable. My suggestion would be to take at least one of not twotables out of the row. Guests will enjoy themselves .one and it will show in the tips. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves. And wouldtry it again in the future. Also the men's restroom was very clean and well kept when I visited. The general cleanliness of therestaurant was great. Read more
Love it. We really enjoy their bbq ribs, Mac n cheese and pub pretzels here! Always friendly service and enjoy the atmosphere. I... love the salad bar, their chicken meals and that if there is ever an issue they make it right! I had an issue last week withstaff and the manager went above and beyond to make it right and up to me. I am grateful! Read more
Ordered online took longer than it said it would. It didn't have no utensils, plates, or napkins in the bag had to go and ask. ... The loaded tater tots weren't loaded. The ribs we really good. Read more
